自1992年我国14大正式将“走出去”作为国家出口战略以来，我国不仅积极参与区域经济合作与全球多边贸易体系，而且也将目光更多放到了本国资源的对外利用上，鼓励我国的企业发展跨国业务对外投资，30年以来取得了许多不错的成果，也成长起来了一批具有世界领先实力与经验的跨国公司；但与此同时，新的机遇与风险也在不断酝酿，第三次科技革命尤其是互联网的持续突破为企业的发展注入了无与伦比的活力，对企业的跨国发展-“走出去”同样大有裨益。因此，密切关注当前蓬勃推进的数字经济对于企业的OFDI越来越有价值，为此，中国出台许多重要文件为企业出海保驾护航，保障“双循环”战略的进一步实施，其中，研究数字经济与企业OFDI存在的相互关系并指出有益的论证是当前学术研究的重要话题。
论文采用实证研究的方法，立足于企业层面的微观对外投资数据，通过在城市数字经济发展水平与企业的对外直接投资之间构建联系，并从理论推导影响机制，发掘二者存在的相互关系以及影响效应，以此为基础全面科学地讨论现实情况下我国企业出海的方向、发展路径，以及企业的OFDI推进如何更有效地和企业所处的数字经济环境结合。
本文研究发现，随着城市数字经济发展水平的提高，所在地企业的对外直接投资显著提高。在数字经济的催动下，当地企业能以更多的途径、更强的实力、以及更低的风险对外直接投资，企业可以凭借数字技术手段跨越时间空间的制约、降低投资信息的获取难度、开发新型投资的方式，又或者通过数字经济创造的一体化更大程度汲取社会资源来增强自身实力，也即是通过对外交流、对内整合的两条路促进了企业的对外直接投资。所以基于这样的研究结论，本文针对性提出一些数字经济发展的政策建议，以期进一步推动我国企业的对外发展，更有效更有力应对当下的国际形势。

This paper adopts the method of empirical research, constructs the relationship between the development level of urban digital economy development and the outward direct investment of enterprises, derives the influence mechanism from theory, explores the interrelationship and influence effect of the two, and comprehensively and scientifically discusses the direction and development path of Chinese enterprises going overseas under real circumstances, and how to effectively integrate the promotion of OFDI of enterprises with the digital economic environment in which enterprises live.
The development of the digital economy is not an isolated economic industry, but as an integrated promotion factor embedded in all aspects of the social economy, the same is true for the outward direct investment of enterprises, in the study found that with the improvement of the level of digital economy development, enterprises get more ways, stronger strength, and lower risk OFDI, enterprises can rely on digital technology means to cross the constraints of time and space, reduce the difficulty of obtaining investment information, and develop new investment methods. Or through the integration of digital economy creation, to absorb social resources to a greater extent to enhance their own strength, that is, through the two paths of external exchanges and internal integration, the outward direct investment of enterprises is promoted. Therefore, based on such research conclusions, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of digital economy, in order to further promote the external development of Chinese enterprises and respond more effectively and effectively to the current international situation.
