20世纪中叶终身教育理论问世后,得到许多西方国家的认可。并在本世纪遵循此理论,以此去指导并践行本国的教育改革。在终身教育理念的影响下,接受多元化教育成为时代的诉求。但与此同时,在我国的终身教育实践中,国家提供的终身教育公共服务仍不能完全满足公众日渐丰富的教育需求。

高校继续教育承载了国内终身教育体系的重要一环,在我国继续教育事业的前进中起着推波助澜的作用。大力推广高校继续教育的普及化就是推动我国继续教育发展的大众化,大力推动继续教育发展的大众化就是在不断加速我国终身教育体系的构建进程。全新的历史机遇期和转型期已经来临,面对未知的发展前景,高校继续教育的发展将何去何从?为此,本文撷取珠海市三所独立本科院校的继续教育转型发展为研究对象,通过个案的深入研究,以期以小见大,从而分析宏观层面上我国高校继续教育的转型发展。在分析过程中,从“转型”二字切入,通过梳理我国高校继续教育的发展历程,尝试站在历史发展的客观角度上,阐述清晰我国高校继续教育为什么要转型,怎么转型,向哪个方向转型这三个问题,研究我国高校继续教育在终身教育的时代背景下,未来转型的方向在何处,未来的发展步调如何调整。

论文第一章是本文的研究总体框架,说明论文选题的背景和论文选题的意义,阐明了论文的研究目标,通过大量的文献材料对国内外研究现状进行分析后归纳出文章的国内外研究综述,同时阐述了论文的研究内容和方法。第二章立足于终身教育背景,阐明继续教育和高校继续教育的相关概念,引进终身教育理论、新公共管理理论和新公共服务理论,并围绕这三大理论进行深入研究,为文章撰写提供理论上的依据和支撑;第三章回顾了我国高校继续教育各发展阶段的历程,通过历史发展的角度梳理了各个时期我国高校继续教育发展所面临的机遇及挑战,总结出高校继续教育过去的历史发展沿革对当前高校继续教育发展的启示;第四章以珠海市三所独立本科院校继续教育领域为研究切入点,通过实地分析和资料脉络梳理,呈现这三所高校继续教育的发展现状,折射出我国高校继续教育转型发展的必然性;第五章剖析这三所高校继续教育发展中存在的问题,并结合终身教育背景全面分析三所高校继续教育发展中存在问题的深层原因。第六章在前面的铺垫下,阐述高校继续教育的重点和基调:寻找转型的目标和取向,深入挖掘三所高校继续教育的发展路径,为我国高校继续教育转型发展提供新的思路。

Since the theory of lifelong education was put forward in the middle of the twentieth century, it has been recognized by many western countries.And in this century, this life-long education theory is followed to guide and practice educational reforms.Under the influence of the concept of lifelong education, accepting diversified education has become the demands of the times. But at the same time, in the practice of lifelong education in China, the public service of lifelong education provided by the state still cannot fully meet the increasing educational needs of the public.

Continuing education in universities carries an important part of the domestic lifelong education system and plays a role in helping the continuing education of our country.To promote the popularization of continuing education universities is to promote the popularization of the development of Chinese continuing education,to promote the popularization of continuing education is to accelerate the construction process of lifelong education system in China.The new historical opportunity period and the transformation period had come, facing the unknown development prospect, where is the road of the development of university continuing education ? Therefore, this article takes three universities of Zhuhai as the research object,and through the in-depth study of individual cases, it is expected to see the small as the big, so as to analyze the transformation and development of continuing education of universities in China at the macro level. In the process of analysis, around the word of transformation, through combing the development of continuing education in universities, try to stand in the objective perspective of history development, to explain clearly Why the transition,how to transform, where to transform, to study the background of continuing education in Chinese universities in the era of lifelong education, where the direction of the future, how to adjust the future development of pace.

Chapter one is the overall research framework of this article,explain the background and the significance,summarize the domestic and foreign research review through a large number of literature materials on the domestic and foreign research status,explain the research contents and methods at the same time.Chapter two based on the lifelong education under the background of university continuing education related concepts, introduce and then study the theory of lifelong education, the theory of new public management and the theory of new public service for theoretical basis and support.Chapter three reviews the historical course of each stage of the development of continuing education in universities of China, sort out the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of continuing education in universities from the perspective of historical development, and summarize the enlightenment of the past historical development of continuing education in universities to the development of continuing education universities. Chapter four takes the development of continuing education in three universities of Zhuhai as the research object, presents the development status of continuing education in these three universities through the comprehensive analysis and empirical research of a large number of first-hand data, and reflects the inevitability of the transformation and development of continuing education in Chinese universities. Chapter five analyzes the problems in the development of continuing education in these three universities and the deep causes of the problems in the development of continuing education . Based on the above research, Chapter six is the most important parts in this article,it puts forward the goal orientation of the transformation of continuing education, and then puts forward the path of the transformation and development of continuing education, so as to provide new ideas for the transformation and development of continuing education in universities of China.
