在后疫情时代这一教育生态剧变的背景下,县域高中生的语文学习与心 理健康面临着前所未有的挑战。抗逆力,作为个体心理优势的关键要素,被 视为维护心理健康、有效应对压力、培养积极应对逆境态度的关键保护因素, 其与学业成绩的关联性尤其值得关注。然而,县域高中生抗逆力的现状及其 与语文成绩的具体关系仍待深入探究。 本研究选取贵州省三个典型县域高中的样本,采用以量化研究为主导, 以质性研究为辅的混合研究方法探究后疫情时代县域高中生的抗逆力及其与 语文成绩的关系。通过对所得研究数据的分析,得出了以下研究结论:首先, 疫情全面放开时期,县域高中生抗逆力水平普遍较低,面对疫情放开带来的 学习挑战时,其应对水平不够理想。这一时期,不同性别、年级、选考方向、 县域类型与学校层次的县域高中学生在抗逆力上存在差异。且县域高中生抗 逆力及各维度与其语文成绩存在显著正相关关系,能够正向预测其语文成绩。 其次,疫情全面放开一年后,县域高中生的抗逆力水平显著提升,在应对疫 情带来的常态化学习挑战方面表现更为理想。同时,不同性别、年级、选考 方向、县域类型与学校层次的县域高中学生在抗逆力上仍然存在差异。且县 域高中生抗逆力及各维度与其语文成绩依旧存在显著正相关关系,能够正向 预测其语文成绩。本研究进一步通过质性研究方法对上述结论产生的原因进 行了分析与讨论,并在此基础上深入探讨了县域高中生在后疫情时代所面临II 的特定学习困境与优势所在。最后,有针对性地提出了提升县域高中生抗逆 力的策略与建议:一是县域高中生个体需主动调整学习与心理状态以提升抗 逆力;二是社会层面需持续提供优质的教育资源和心理支持;三是学校层面 应强化家校合作机制,并积极提升教师的专业教学能力,共同促进县域高中 生在后疫情时代的全面发展。

Against the backdrop of the dramatic changes in the education ecosystem in the post pandemic era, the Chinese language learning and mental health of high school students in counties are facing unprecedented challenges. Resilience, as a key element of individual psychological advantage, is regarded as a key protective factor for maintaining mental health, effectively coping with stress, and cultivating a positive attitude towards adversity. Its correlation with academic performance is particularly noteworthy. However, the current situation of resilience among county-level high school students and their specific relationship with Chinese language grades still need to be further explored.

This study selected samples from three typical county high schools in Guizhou Province, and used a mixed research method led by quantitative research and supplemented by qualitative research to explore the resilience of county high school students in the post epidemic era and their relationship with Chinese language performance. Through the analysis of the research data obtained, the following research conclusions have been drawn: Firstly, during the period of comprehensive epidemic control, the resilience level of high school students in counties is generally low. When facing the learning challenges brought by the epidemic control, their response level is not ideal enough. During this period, there were differences in resilience among county high school students of different genders, grades, exam directions, county types, and school levels. Moreover, there is a significant positive correlation between the resilience and various dimensions of county-level high school students and their Chinese language grades, which can positively predict their Chinese language grades. Secondly, one year after the comprehensive lifting of the epidemic, the resilience level of high school students in counties has significantly improved, and they have performed more ideal in responding to the challenges of normalized learning brought about by the epidemic. Meanwhile, there are still differences in resilience among high school students from different genders, grades, examination directions, county types, and school levels. Moreover, there is still a significant positive correlation between the resilience and various dimensions of county-level high school students and their Chinese language grades, which can positively predict their Chinese language grades. This study further analyzed and discussed the reasons for the above conclusions through qualitative research methods, and based on this, delved into the specific learning difficulties and advantages faced by county-level high school students in the post pandemic era. Finally, targeted strategies and suggestions were proposed to enhance the resilience of county-level high school students: firstly, individual county-level high school students need to actively adjust their learning and psychological states to enhance their resilience; Secondly, at the societal level, it is necessary to continuously provide high-quality educational resources and psychological support; Thirdly, at the school level, we should strengthen the cooperation mechanism between families and schools, and actively enhance the professional teaching ability of teachers, jointly promoting the comprehensive development of county-level high school students in the post epidemic era.
