本文通过对 X 公司概况以及业财融合发展现状进行分析，发现 X 公司现有财务模式在给公司带来有利影响的同时也存在着进一步调整完善的诸多细节；针对存在的问题，提出了切实可行的、有利于 X 公司完善其财务共享服务中心建设与推动 X 公司业财融合进一步发展的优化改进策略，希望通过 X 公司案例为其他具有相似性的公司带来一定的启发。
