正义是政治哲学研究的重要主题，它与人们的良善生活息息相关。后罗尔斯时代的政治哲学家艾丽斯·M. 杨同样将正义作为其理论研究的一大重要主题。文章将以杨的正义思想为主要研究对象。第一部分着重处理了杨的正义思想与传统正义理论之间的互文关系，将其置于整个西方正义理论的框架下进行审视并开掘出杨正义思想对传统正义理论的超越之处。这种超越体现在传统正义理论下分配范式的局限性以及杨在传统正义话题中挖掘出差异的面向。文章从第二部分开始力图阐述出杨正义思想的全部内涵。首先，文章处理了杨正义思想的主题。与传统正义理论将分配作为正义的出发点不同，杨从五种类型的结构性不正义现象出发，将社会结构作为其正义思想的主题，将革除结构性不正义作为其正义思想的要义。接着在第三部分，文章分析并阐明了杨为实现其正义主张而采取的策略，即以包容差异的方式矫正社会不正义。也就是将社会群体之差异包容进民主公共空间的政治策略。

由此杨建构了一种以社会结构为主题，以社会群体为载体，以差异为内容的正义思想。文章将从杨对传统正义理论的批判出发，从中发现杨正义思想的线索，并从主题、载体与内容几个方面阐明其正义思想的内容及特质。

Justice is an important subject in the study of political philosophy, which is closely related to people's good life. Alice M. Young, a political philosopher in the post-Rawlsian era, also regards justice as an important subject of her theoretical research. This article will take Young's thought of justice as the main research object. The first part focuses on the intertextual relationship between Young's justice thought and the traditional justice theory, and examines it under the framework of the whole western justice theory and finds out the transcendence of Young's justice thought over the traditional justice theory. This transcendence is reflected in the limitations of the distribution paradigm under the traditional justice theory and the aspect of Young's exploration of differences in the traditional justice topic. Starting from the second part, the article tries to expound the whole connotation of Young's justice thought. First, the article deals with the theme of Young's thoughts on justice. Different from the traditional theory of justice, which takes distribution as the starting point of justice, Young starts from five types of structural injustice, takes social structure as the theme of his justice thought, and takes the elimination of structural injustice as the essence of his justice thought. Then in the third part, this paper analyzes and clarifies the strategy that Young takes to realize his justice claim, that is, to correct social injustice in a way that accommodates differences. That is, the political strategy of incorporating the differences of social groups into the democratic public space.

Therefore, Young constructs a kind of justice thought with social structure as the theme, social group as the carrier and difference as the content. This article will start from Young's criticism of the traditional theory of justice, find out the clues of Young's thought of justice, and explain the content and characteristics of his thought of justice from the aspects of theme, carrier and content.
