教师作为具有较强专业特征的职业,本文把其知识范畴划分为理论性知识与实践性知识,认为两者在教学中具有同等重要的地位,实践性知识长期未得到教师教育者以及教师自身的重视,一直隐藏在理论知识的背后。本文重视教师实践性知识的重要性,通过文献研究和理论研究梳理教师知识和教师实践性知识研究的脉络,同时采取实证研究辅以文章的生动性,对教师实践性知识的内涵、构成、在教师生活中的体现进行了论述和分析,并提出相应的培养途径。通过对各种教师实践性知识定义的辨析以及对定义方式的考察,并不是要给实践性知识一个精确的定义,而是以一种视角来观察和理解实践性知识。本文把教师实践性知识的构成划分为五个方面,通过对专家型教师的访谈、观察,对其进行实证性研究。本文第二章阐述了教师知识的内涵,选取不同时期的代表理论,对教师知识分类的典型性研究进行了分析,并探讨教师知识研究中心向实践性知识研究转移的过程。第三章概述了教师实践性知识的国内外研究状况,揭示教师实践性知识的内涵与特征,突出了教师实践性知识在教师教育中的地位。第四章从教师实践性知识的构成出发,通过对两位中学物理教师的访谈、观察及相关案例,对教师实践性知识的构成和影响因素进行微观诠释,试图解读现实意义中的教师实践性知识。结语部分概述了教师实践性知识的培养途径,从改革师资培训的方式和内容,加强个人教育观念的培养和加强教师的自我反思能力三个角度,对教师教育提出意见。

The present thesis divides the teachers' knowledge into two classes: theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge, and claims that both of the two kinds of knowledge are equally crucial, although the practical knowledge is often not considered as important as the theoretical knowledge by the teacher educators and the teachers themselves. In the thesis, teacher's practical knowledge is emphasized, and discussed in detail by analyzing the related literatures and presenting the research results about the teacher's knowledge and their practical knowledge. In addition, we employ the research method of narration in the thesis, and suggest several possible approaches for the teacher's development.We investigate and clarify the definition of the teacher's practical knowledge, in order to find a new point of view for the concept. On the other hand, the teacher's practical knowledge is considered as six different aspects, and illustrated in several successful examples of teachers.Here is an outline of the thesis:First of all, the concept of the teacher's knowledge is introduced by analyzing the theories in different periods. We will also discuss the process in which the research on the teacher's knowledge gradually focuses on their practical knowledge.Second, we overview the research of the teacher's practical knowledge both in and out of China, and emphasize the importance of the teacher's practical knowledge.At last, we present two successful examples of high school teachers to illustrate the factors affecting the teacher's practical knowledge. Then we conclude the thesis by suggesting several possible approaches for the teacher's education and development.
