在疫情时代的背景下,工作家庭化的现象逐渐成为新常态,办公与居住的关系越来越亲密,更多建筑师开始思考疫情背景下的新型空间模式。位于北京的燕京里社区将在地文化作为切入点,结合新型的联合办公模式与青年公寓模式,同时利用自研软件系统作为辅助,创造了有机的混合式青年社区。本文首先通过对空间类型的概念解释,建立对社区空间的理解基础。同时梳理燕京里的空间产品的组织模式,将社区空间内的租用人群的调研结果进行分析归纳,总结社区空间实践与使用者实际需求的匹配度。最终结合对燕京里创始者的访谈,归纳出三方面的概念特征。燕京里对于在地文化的巧妙引入、对城市理念在建筑空间的拓展延伸,以及对使用空间中边界与共享的讨论,对于研究新型的居住办公空间的组织模式有一定的启发性与借鉴意义。

In the context of the epidemic era, the phenomenon of family-oriented work is gradually becoming the new norm, and the relationship between office and residence is becoming more and more intimate. More architects are beginning to think about new space models in the context of the epidemic. Yanjingli community in Beijing takes local culture as the entry point, combines the new co-working model with the youth apartment model, while using the self-developed software system as an aid to create an organic hybrid youth community. This paper first establishes the basis of understanding community space by explaining the concept of space types. At the same time, the organization model of Yanjingli's space products is sorted out, and the research results of the tenant population in the community space are analyzed and summarized to summarize the match between the community space practice and the actual needs of users. In the end, the interviews with the founders of Yanjingli were combined to summarize three conceptual features. Yanjingli's ingenious introduction of local culture, the extension of the urban concept in the architectural space, and the discussion of boundaries and sharing in the use of space are inspiring and useful for the study of the new organization model of residential office space.
