武术是中学体育中不可缺少的一门课程。武术教学已经存在很多年，但取得的效果甚微。通过多年的研究调查发现武术教学内容在很长一段时间内是不变的，那我们现在要做的就是总结、选择、组合多种教学方法来使学生快乐学习，取得更好的成绩。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，阐释了体育教学方法的定义，分类等，还在众多教学方法中找出了学生喜爱，教学效果又好的四种教学方法，同时指出了要想更好的推展武术，学校必须增强师资力量；武术教师应该提高自身的技术水平，加强对体育教学方法的理解，择优选择教学方法并加以灵活运用。

Martial arts is a necessary course of middle school sports. Martial arts teaching has existed for many years, but has little effect. Through many years of research found that martial arts teaching content is constant over a long period of time, then we have to do now is to summarize, selection, combination of a variety of teaching methods to make students happy to learn, get better grades.In this paper, using literature method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the interpretation of the definition of sports teaching method, classification, etc., also found students like in many teaching methods, four kinds of teaching methods, teaching effect and good at the same time pointed out that in order to better promote martial arts, schools must enhance teachers; Martial arts teachers should improve their technical level, to strengthen the understanding of physical education teaching method, preferred choice and flexible use of teaching methods.
