农村信息服务站的建设和可持续发展对于促进农村信息化建设，在现阶段是解决农村信息化“最后一公里”最有效的方法，中国政府在农村信息服务站投入了很多财力和物力，各级政府也相当重视，形成了一定的规模。现阶段我国农村信息服务站主要以政府投资为主，但是在农村信息服务站在实际运行中存在着资金投入不足、定位不准、运营艰难、管理混乱、人才缺失等问题，许多农村信息服务站名存实亡，起不到服务农业、服务农民的作用，有的彻底沦为形象工程，引起了社会的广泛关注。本文以平罗县农村信息服务站为研究对象, 遵循提出问题、分析问题，解决问题的基本思路，归纳了平罗县农村信息服务站可持续发展中存在的问题，分析了农村信息服务站可持续发展的各种因素，借鉴了中国其他地区促进农村信息服务占发展的基本经验，试图寻找到一条适合平罗县农村信息服务站可持续性发展之路。

The most effective method to solve the problem of "last mile" at present stage is building sustainable development of rural information service stations, which aims to promote the development of information technology in rural areas. Chinese government has put a lot of financial and material resources in rural information service stations, and both central and local governments have attached considerable importance to it. At present, Chinese rural information service stations are mainly invested by governments, but in actual operation of the rural information service, there exist many problems, such as insufficient capital investment, wrong placement, operational difficulties, management confusion, lack of personnel and other issues. As a result, many rural information service stations are just image projects. They cannot achieve the purpose of serving agriculture and farmers. All these problems have aroused widespread concern in society.In this paper, the Rural Information Service Stations of Pingluo County will be studied on the principles of putting forward, analyzing and solving problems. It will sort out the problems of sustainable development in the Rural Information Service Stations of Pingluo County, and analysis various factors of sustainable development of rural information service stations, and learn from the successful experience of other parts of China to promote the development of rural information services to find a suitable sustainable development of rural information service stations which suits Pingluo County best.
