随着国际间交流的日趋频繁,我国外语教育需求不断增加,青少年外语培训A公司所在行业的外部环境不断剧烈变化。在新的环境和背景下,青少年外语培训A公司的竞争不断加剧且趋向白热化,尤其在当下面临着环境和行业的巨变,青少年外语培训A公司,在总学员数基本没有太大变化的情况下,续课率明显下降,老学员流失率有所上升,老学员占总学员比例明显下降,在面临快速变化的环境时,A公司没能高效率留住老学员,从管理和服务来看,是在某一环节出现了问题,A公司如何高效率、低成本地提升服务质量,有效提升家长满意度,进而提升让渡价值,是该机构提高竞争优势的关键。
本研究的问题是:在分析传统的客户满意度影响因素对教育机构权重表现基础上,找到针对A公司提升满意度现状的驱动模型,为A公司提出一行之有效的实际方案以提升家长满意度,从而帮助A公司获取更大的竞争优势。
本文以A公司为对象进行研究,结合分析A公司所处的行业和市场环境,根据客户满意度模型,通过访谈法对公司主要客户进行访谈及结果汇总,同时进行问卷调查,收集家长满意度调查问卷数据进行分析,从而得出影响A公司家长满意度的主要原因。最后,根据研究结果对A公司未来的发展提供改进方案和建议。同时希望该结果未来能为A公司建立家长满意度模型提供重要的参考依据。
通过对A公司家长满意度的调查研究发现,A公司在公司环境方面、产品配置方面、教学质量方面和服务质量方面存在着一些问题,因而影响了A公司的家长满意度。本论文通过研究A公司家长满意度得出以下结论:
学习环境是学生选择培训公司的外在条件,同时也是帮助培训公司赢得第一生源的重要条件。高质量的产品是任何一个公司最强的竞争力,只有具有优质的产品或服务才能让客户满意。课程的定价一般都行业统一的客观遵循的价格,坚决不能贸然提价或降价。单一注重产品质量,不注重服务的时代已经落伍了。塑造一个良好的企业品牌形象是重中之重,这也是品牌战略进一步发展的基本前提。

With the increasingly frequent international exchanges, the demand for foreign language education in China is increasing, and the external environment of the industry in which A Company is engaged is constantly changing dramatically. Foreign language training in the new environment and background, the teenagers increasing competition of A company and incline to A climax, especially in the present face environment and the change of the industry, foreign language training, A company in the total number of students basic without too big change, rate decreased obviously, the old student attrition rate has increased, the old students total proportion decreased obviously, In the face of the rapidly changing environment, Company A failed to retain the old students efficiently. From the perspective of management and service, there are problems in A certain link. How company A can improve the service quality efficiently and at low cost, effectively improve the satisfaction of parents, and then enhance the transfer value is the key to improve the competitive advantage of the organization.
The problem of this study is: based on the analysis of the traditional influencing factors of customer satisfaction on the weight performance of educational institutions, to find a driving model for company A to improve the current situation of satisfaction, and put forward an effective practical scheme for company A to improve the satisfaction of parents, so as to help company A gain greater competitive advantage.
Taking A company as an object for research, combining with the analysis of industry and market environment, A company based on customer satisfaction model, through the interview method for in-house departments middle managers and the main external customers to conduct interviews and the results summary, A questionnaire survey was conducted at the same time, the parents satisfaction questionnaire data were collected for analysis,.Thus, the main reasons affecting the satisfaction of A company's parents are concluded. Finally, according to the research results, improvement plans and suggestions are provided for the future development of company A. At the same time, it is hoped that the results can provide an important reference for A company to establish a parent satisfaction model in the future.
Through the investigation of parent satisfaction in company A, it is found that there are some problems in company environment, product configuration, teaching quality and service quality in Company A, which affect the parent satisfaction of company A. This paper draws the following conclusions by studying the parent satisfaction of company A
Learning environment is the external condition for students to choose training companies, and it is also an important condition for training companies to win the first source of students. High quality products are the strongest competitiveness of any company, and only with high quality products or services can customers be satisfied. The pricing of courses is generally consistent with the objective price of the industry, and we must not raise prices or reduce prices rashly. The era of focusing only on product quality and not on service is outdated. Shaping a good corporate brand image is a top priority, which is also the basic premise for the further development of brand strategy.
