在新一轮课程改革的大背景下,我们教师要“授人以渔”而不是“授人以鱼”,于是教会学生学习就成为了一个最为紧迫的问题。笔者所在学校正在努力打造特色高中,其中的美术特长生成长已经成为了学校良性发展的中坚力量。纵观在以往的研究中单独研究教师对学生学习的影响和班主任对学生学习的影响的较多,以班主任身份出现的数学教师对学生的影响研究较少,因此本文展开了对美术特长班班主任为数学教师对学生数学学习的影响研究的问题,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文通过问卷调查、访谈和统一测试,研究了我校高二年级三个班共计148名美术特长生对自己所在班级的管理方式的看法、体会和在数学学习中的学习态度、学习习惯、所作归因和最终的数学成绩情况。对收集到的数据做了百分比对比分析、统计图分析和显著性检验(t检验),通过研究发现:学生比较喜欢在班级管理上相对民主的班主任教师,以班主任身份出现的数学教师良好的班级管理风格能够有效地拉近师生间的距离、促进师生间的互信合作,并且对学生的学习态度、学习习惯和在学习中遇到困难所作的归因有正面的引导和促进作用。对数学学习成绩的影响方面,尽管对优等生、中等生和后进生影响的程度和方面不尽相同,但最终能提高学生的数学学习成绩。

In the backdrop of a new round of curriculum reform, our teachers, "the grantee and fisheries" instead of "Give a man fish, so the Church of student learning has become one of the most pressing issues. The author's school is trying to build the characteristics of high school, the art of talented students has become the backbone of the school, and only taught them how to learn and ultimately improve academic performance, in order to truly realize the school "for students' lifelong development foundation for the students of diverse choose to pave the way "motto, and eventually lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the students.Launched three art expertise of the author's school sophomore class teacher is a math teacher to understand the impact of students' mathematics learning, the survey analysis, through questionnaires, interviews and unified test, school of fine arts talented students in mathematics learningproblems, problem causes, and find the root causes of problems and proposed strategies for solving problems and eventually pointed out that high school mathematics teacher as a teacher on students' mathematics learning and mathematics learning for students of fine arts specialty classes may refer torecommendations.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter the background to the question of the significance of the study and definition of the core concepts; The second chapter is the analysis of the existing status quo, affect research on student learning from the teacher and high school studentsmathematics learning to elaborate on the problems related research; the third chapter is the study design, research objectives, contents, objects, methods and research tools; the fourth chapter is the research process and research findings, a detailed description of the art specialty was born inthe specific circumstances of the mathematics learning and analysis, summed up the main problems, the specific conditions of the problem and the reasons for the formation, and put forward suggestions for improvement and measures; the fifth chapter of this study concluded summary, to getrevelation, to make recommendations for the teaching and management of the specialty classes in the future.
