随着经济的快速发展,现代化进程加快,城市劳动力需求量增大,农村剩余劳动力开始大规模向城市转移,随之而来的是,大量农民工及农民工家庭的出现,务工人员无法按置子女在身边求学,大部分家庭将子女留在家乡,由祖父母或亲属照顾生活和学习。这种父母与其子女之间长期亲子分离的家庭结构模式衍生出一个新型弱势群体——农村留守儿童,这里简称留守儿童(left behind children)。近年,政府在留守儿童入学、生活保障方面做了大量的工作,教育主管部门在留守儿童教育方面也采取了许多办法,但是由于种种原因,从教育管理角度,留守儿童心理健康教育仍未能找到系统而行之有效的教育管理办法。因此,研究留守儿童心理健康教育现状,提出教育管理对策十分必要。
本研究从农村留守儿童心理健康教育现状的调查入手,了解到某市小学留守儿童23%以上存在不同程度的心理问题,主要表现在学习方面、情绪方面、人际交往方面、性格方面等,某市心理健康教育管理方面做了一些的努力,如建立留守儿童档案和联系卡,实施教师结对帮扶留守儿童制度,真情关爱,“三个优先”制度,丰富留守儿童课余生活等,由于诸多原因某市留守儿童心理健康教育管理仍存在一些困难,学校管理层面重视不够,心理学专业教师匮乏,家校协同难以开展等。本研究在实地调查基础上提出加强学校教育管理、建设学校软环境、加强家庭教育等一系列对策。

With the rapid development of our social economy, the speeding up of urbanization and modernization, rural surplus labor force to cities time, emerged a large number of migrant workers and migrant workers family, they solve the problem of the education of children in the city is facing many difficulties, most of the children of migrant workers to stay at home to live and learn.The family structure pattern that separates the parents from their children has spawned a new vulnerable group, the left-behind children, or left-behind children.Behind .Government in the entrance, the life care left-behind children do a lot of work, the city bureau of education in the aspect of left-behind children education has taken many measures, but due to various reasons, from the Angle of education management, left-behind children's mental health education have failed to find the system and effective.Therefore, it is necessary to study the current situation of education in the psychological health of left-behind children.From this study of the investigation of the status quo of the rural left-behind children's mental health education。
From this study of the investigation of the status quo of the rural left-behind children's mental health education, understand the left-behind children in elementary school, which is more than 23% different degrees of psychological problems, mainly in the aspect of learning, emotional, interpersonal, character, etc., some county in mental health education management has made some efforts, such as establish archives of left-behind children and contact CARDS, teacher helping left-behind children pair with the system implementation, true love and care, "three" priority system, enrich the left-behind children after school life, because of many reasons in left-behind children's mental health education management there are still some difficulties, insufficient recognition of the school management level, psychology, lack of professional teachers, parent-school cooperative harder, etc.This study based on field investigation, advances to strengthen the construction of the school education management, school soft environment, strengthen the family education and a series of countermeasures, so as to provide a basis for some county in left-behind children's mental health education management.
