工作是个体与世界产生联结的重要方式,尽管不同职业本身固有的压力有所不同,但工作中的各种挫折、失败、不安全感却是普遍存在的。任何职业和职位等级的人都不可避免地面临着工作压力,也都需要有效地应对工作压力,否则很容易产生耗竭感,甚至诱发各种身心疾病。职场新人正处在关键的角色转折期,如果不能很好地应对和超越所面临的工作压力,很可能因此丧失自信,变得固步自封、退缩回避,甚至陷入焦虑或抑郁,给个人、家庭及社会带来巨大损失。 工作压力的研究表明,个体的负性情绪、人际关系、自我概念、自我效能感、应对方式等是其工作压力产生过程中的重要缓冲变量,对工作压力有良好的调节作用。本研究使用团体箱庭疗法对感受到中高度工作压力的职场新人进行干预,旨在探索团体箱庭对降低职场新人工作压力,提高其工作压力应对能力的有效性。 本研究以高校毕业后从事第一份全职工作且工作年限在2年以内的职场新人为研究对象,采用问卷和访谈的方法筛选出6名来自不同行业、不同岗位的职场新人,进行了每周1次,共10次干预。干预前后分别对成员进行个体访谈,并使用《压力知觉量表》和《咨询效果评估量表》进行前后测对比分析。 经过10次干预,成员的自我像发生明显变化,成员主观报告的情况和前后测数据变化均表明,团体箱庭能够有效改善职场新人的负性情绪,降低焦虑感,提升人际沟通能力,提高自我概念和自我接纳程度,增强自我效能感增强,从而降低其工作压力感,增强其压力应对能力。 |

Work is an important way for individuals to connect with the world. Although the inherent pressures of different occupations are different, various frustrations, failures and insecurities in work are common. People of any occupation and position level are inevitably faced with work pressure, and also need to deal with work pressure effectively, otherwise it is easy to produce a sense of exhaustion, and even induce various physical and mental diseases. New employees in the workplace are in a critical role transition period. If they fail to cope with and surpass the work pressure they are facing, they may lose confidence, become complacent, withdraw, even fall into anxiety or depression, which will bring huge losses to individuals, families and society. The study of work stress shows that negative emotion, interpersonal relationship, self-concept, self-efficacy and coping style are important buffer variables in the process of work stress, which have a good regulatory effect on work stress. The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of Group Sandplay Therapy in reducing work pressure and improving their ability to cope with work pressure. In this study, six new employees from different industries and positions were selected by questionnaire and interview, and interventions were conducted once a week, total 10 times. Before and after the intervention, individual interviews were conducted to the members, and the pre-test and post test comparative analysis was conducted using (Perceived Stress Scale, PSS-10) and (Outcome Questionnaire, OQ-45.2). After 10 times of intervention, the self-image of the members changed significantly. The subjective reports of the members and the changes of the pre-test and post test data showed that the Group Sandplay Therapy could effectively improve the negative emotions of the new employees, reduce their anxiety, improve their interpersonal communication ability, improve their self-concept and self acceptance, enhance their sense of self-efficacy, so as to reduce their sense of work pressure and enhance their pressure coping ability . |
