在社交媒体呈井喷式发展的今天,匿名提问箱的出现使“匿名社交”再度出现在人们的视野中。网络的匿名性作为自我表露的催化剂之一,使用户在提问箱中向他人展示心中的隐秘角落。然而,大部分提问箱的使用者习惯将提问箱链接分享到使用频率更高的朋友圈中进行自我表露。在此情形下,匿名社交被放置在熟人环境,形成了“半匿名”的社交模式,个体的自我表露也由此呈现出新的特征。

本研究紧跟社交软件市场的发展趋势,将匿名提问箱作为研究平台,并选择微信媒介接触度极高的大学生群体作为研究对象,对上述变化进行探究。研究过程中采用半结构化访谈法,不仅概括了用户的内容与行为偏好,并依此总结了对应的表露动机,还探究了实名和匿名性对表露动机的影响与延伸。此外,本研究以“表演性”为区分标准,归纳了不同表露类别的具体实践模式,更从个体、社会和市场三个维度入手,深刻剖析、梳理了用户在自我表露中的困境,使整体研究更加丰富完善。

外文摘要:

With the explosion of social media, the emergence of anonymous question boxes has brought 'anonymous social networking' back again. The anonymity of the internet has acted as a catalyst for self-disclosure, allowing users to reveal their private information to others in question boxes. However, most question box users would like to share their question box to WeChat moment, which is used more frequently to interact with friends in daily life, to disclose themselves. As a result, the anonymous social network is placed in the context of acquaintances, creating a 'semi-anonymous' environment, and new characteristics of individuals’ self-disclosure appear.

This study follows the latest market trend, using the anonymous question box as a platform to conduct research. By selecting college students, who are more exposed to WeChat moment than other groups, this study adopts a semi-structured interview method, summarising users’ content and behaviour preferences and corresponding disclosure motivations, exploring the influence of both real name and anonymity on the motivations. What has been also concluded is the specific practice of different categories of self-disclosure, using 'performativity' as a criterion for differentiation. The study also provides a deep insight into the plight of users’ self-disclosure from individual, social, and market dimensions respectively, which makes the results more comprehensive and valuable.
