随着高职院校不断发展,其为社会输送高技能型人才的角色越发重要,而如何激励负责培养人才的教师成为了值得探讨的命题。本文在充分考虑地域、学校规模以及资料获取可靠性等因素的基础上对江苏、山西、河北、福建、广东、湖北、湖南、重庆、安徽共20所高等职业技术学校的教科研激励机制现状和高职院校不同人员的待遇差异进行了描述性分析,并对造成这些差异的因素进行了详细阐释,在此基础上,尝试构建了高职院校教师教科研激励机制,为教师队伍的建设和激励提供参考。

With the continuous development of higher vocational colleges, it plays a more and more important role in the cultivation of highly skilled person. How to motivate the teachers to teach student has become an important issue to be discussed. On the basis of taking into account the factors such as geographical, school scale and reliability of data, I analyze the present situation of teaching and research incentive mechanism about 20 higher vocational and technical schools in Jiangsu, Shanxi, Hebei, Fujian, Guangdong, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing and Anhui. Besides, I make a descriptive analysis on the different treatment of different person in vocational colleges, and elaborate on the factors that cause these differences. On this basis, I try to construct the incentive mechanism of teachers' teaching and research in higher vocational colleges, and provide some suggestions for higher vocational colleges.
