茶叶一直是我国最经久不衰的农产品。作为茶叶生产的大国,中国拥有全球最大的茶叶贸易量和茶叶生产量,故而在此次新冠肺炎疫情冲击下的何去何从一直备受关注。本文基于中华人民共和国海关总署数据、货币基金组织等机构的最新统计数据与相关文献及记载,对此次新冠疫情下,中国茶叶受到的影响从中国出口茶企的注册地与进口商的国别进行分析。讨论后得出,目前我国沿海地区城市经济恢复情况良好,而经度越低的地区由于靠近内陆,经济恢复速度越缓慢。同时运用双重差分法与三重差分法对比茶叶与咖啡的进出口数据。分析后得出,茶叶出口贸易额受到的负面冲击大于咖啡的出口贸易额。另外,回归结果显示中国茶叶的出口水平在疫情前明显高于世界其他国家茶叶的平均出口水平,但疫情使得我国咖啡出口额与其他国家相比受到更大负面冲击,但茶叶出口额受到的影响较小。并针对疫情结束后,身处后疫情时代下的中国茶企提出了推动国产茶叶品牌打造、茶叶多元化与质量标准化和发展跨境电商的建议。

Tea has always been one of the most durable agricultural products in our country. As a major producer of tea, China has the world's largest tea trade volume and tea production, so it has been concerned about its future in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic. Based on the data of the General Administration of Customs, PRC, the latest statistical data of IMF and other institutions, as well as relevant literature and records, this paper analyzes the impact of China's tea under the COVID-19 epidemic on the place of registration of tea export enterprises from China and the country of importer. After the discussion, it is concluded that the cities located in the coastal areas have a good condition in economic recovery at present, but the lower the longitude of the area is closer to the inland, the slower the economic recovery speed. Meanwhile, the import and export data of tea and coffee were compared by the method of double difference and triple difference. After analysis, the negative impact of tea export is greater than that of coffee. In addition, the regression results showed that the export level of tea from China was significantly higher than the average export level of tea from other countries before the epidemic. However, the epidemic made the export volume of coffee suffered a greater negative impact than that of other countries, but the export volume of tea was less affected. And also being in the end of the epidemic, there are suggestions which are put forward for Chinese tea enterprises in the post-epidemic era to promote the building of domestic tea brands, tea diversification and quality standardization, and the development of cross-border e-commerce.
