新课程改革提出以来,教育界学者和教学工作者们不断更新教学理念,创新教学方式和方法,在多个学科领域都取得了显著成效。高中思想政治课作为一门对高中生进行社会化和德育教育的学科,具有非常重要的意义。但因其课程内容具有较强的思想性、理论性和政治性的特点,所以在对其进行教学改革以有效激发学生的学习兴趣和创新精神方面,面临的困难相对其他学科来说要更大一些。而产生于学生新旧认知之间的矛盾的问题,则能够引发学生心理上的不平衡,激发出其强烈的探究欲望和对于学习的热情。因此,以问题为切入点和核心点的问题教学法便受到高中思想政治课教师的青睐。 然而,一方面受传统教学观念和教学模式的影响,思想政治课教师在运用问题教学法时出现“换汤不换药”的形式化改革;另一方面,部分思想政治课教师对问题教学法没有全面、深入的了解和掌握,就急于将问题教学法运用到思想政治课教学实践当中,导致问题教学法在高中思想政治课中的运用出现了一些问题,达不到理想的教学效果。本文将结合具体的教学经验,以及对相关文献的梳理,提出问题教学法在现阶段思想政治课堂教学中所存在的一些问题,分析问题存在的原因,并有针对性地提出一些改进措施。目的是为提升问题教学法在高中思想政治课教学中的实效性,改进思想政治课的教学方法,提高教学质量,最终实现对学生的素质教育,提供有益参考与借鉴。

Since the new curriculum reform, education scholars and teaching workers are constantly updating teaching concept and innovating teaching methods and approaches. They have achieved remarkable achievements in many disciplines. As a subject of social and moral education for high school students, political class of high school plays a very important role. But because of the course content has the characteristics of strong ideological, theoretical and political, so in the teaching reform to inspire students’ learning interest and innovation, the difficulties faced by us is greater relative to other disciplines. Since question is born in the conflict between the old and the new cognition of students, it can cause students' psychological imbalance, stimulate their strong desire to explore and the passion for learning. Therefore, the question teaching method which taking the question as the starting point and the core point has been preferred by politics teachers of high school. However, on the one hand, current teaching is influenced by traditional teaching concept and teaching mode, so politics teachers just make a formal reform in the application of question teaching method; on the other hand, before some of the politics teachers have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and grasp on the question teaching method, they are eager to apply the issue to politics teaching. These two factors lead to some problems in applying of question teaching method in the political class of high school, which is far from the ideal teaching effect. This paper will combine specific teaching experience and the review of the relevant literature, question some of the problems existed in question teaching method today, analyze the reasons for its existence, and put forward some improvements. The purpose of this paper is to provide a useful reference to improve the practical effect of the question teaching method in the political class of high school, improve teaching methods and teaching quality of teachers of ideological and political course, and ultimately achieve the quality education of students.
