In the past two decades, the scale of graduate students has expanded rapidly, while the global economic downturn has led to difficulties in finding employment for graduates. In order to delay employment, a large number of students in general undergraduate colleges choose to pursue graduate studies. This paper focuses on the study experience of "Shuangfei" students who enter elite schools to pursue graduate studies, and their educational experience and field have undergone multiple changes. The method of data collection was interview. By adopting the principle of maximization of differences, a sample of qualified master and doctoral students is selected for interview, and the motivation and experience of the interviewees are deeply understood. Different fields have obvious differences in academic community, scientific research resources, academic atmosphere, classroom life practice, learning content, learning and life rhythm. The habitus formed in the old field can not cope with the challenge of the new field. It is found that the double non-graduate students who enter the elite university experience the dual integration dilemma of academic field and life field. In terms of academic field integration, first, the dilemma of academic community integration. Second, the lack of their own scientific research and cultural capital. Third, the This study ultimately provides comprehensive and targeted recommendations. At the national level, the educational training mechanism should be adjusted and educational resources should be evenly distributed. At the school level, organize freshmen entrance education and activities; Set up psychological courses, hire professional psychological teachers psychological counseling; Strengthen the development of scientific research lectures and the provision of scientific research training opportunities. At the social worker level, psychological support is provided through case work and social assistance is provided through group work. On a personal level, pay attention to yourself and ask for help. Through the joint efforts of many parties, the quality of the study experience of Shuangnon students in elite universities can be improved. |
