近二十年研究生规模快速扩张,同时全球经济低靡,导致毕业生就业困难。大批一般性本科院校的学生为了延缓就业,选择升学研究生。本文重点研究进入精英学校攻读研究生的“双非”学子的就读体验,其教育经验以及场域经历了多重变迁。
资料收集方法上采用访谈法。采取差异最大化的原则抽样选取了符合条件的硕博群体进行访谈,深入了解访谈对象的读研动机和就读体验。不同场域在学术共同体、科研资源、学术氛围、课堂生活实践、学习内容、学习生活节奏等方面存在明显差异。双非学子在旧有场域形成的惯习难以应对新场域的挑战。
研究发现,进入精英大学读研的双非学子经历学术场域和生活场域的双重融入困境。学术场域融入方面,第一,学术共同体的融入困境。第二、自身科研文化资本的缺乏。第三、科研场域中学习方式转变的不适。生活场域融入方面,第一,时间饥荒导致的生活的适应困难。第二、社会能力的自我低估导致的人际关系的局促感。第三、双非学子对于未来就业的担忧会影响到其生活状态。针对以上在精英大学面对的学术场域和生活场域的双重融入困境,双非学子的应对主要包括个人方面的心理调适和行为调整;导师和同辈群体为主的重要他人支持。
本研究最终提供了全面且针对的建议。国家层面,调整教育培养机制并均衡分配教育资源。学校层面,组织新生入学教育和活动;设置心理类课程,聘请专业心理老师心理疏导;加强科研学术讲座开展和科研训练机会的提供。社会工作者层面,通过个案工作提供心理支持,小组工作进行社交协助。个人层面,关注自身心理并主动寻求帮助。通过多方共同努力,可提升精英大学的双非学子就读体验质量。
 

外文摘要:

In the past two decades, the scale of graduate students has expanded rapidly, while the global economic downturn has led to difficulties in finding employment for graduates. In order to delay employment, a large number of students in general undergraduate colleges choose to pursue graduate studies. This paper focuses on the study experience of "Shuangfei" students who enter elite schools to pursue graduate studies, and their educational experience and field have undergone multiple changes.

The method of data collection was interview. By adopting the principle of maximization of differences, a sample of qualified master and doctoral students is selected for interview, and the motivation and experience of the interviewees are deeply understood. Different fields have obvious differences in academic community, scientific research resources, academic atmosphere, classroom life practice, learning content, learning and life rhythm. The habitus formed in the old field can not cope with the challenge of the new field.

It is found that the double non-graduate students who enter the elite university experience the dual integration dilemma of academic field and life field. In terms of academic field integration, first, the dilemma of academic community integration. Second, the lack of their own scientific research and cultural capital. Third, the
discomfort of the change of learning style in the research field. In terms of life field integration, first, the difficulty of adapting to life caused by time famine. Second, the self-underestimation of social ability leads to the sense of embarrassment in interpersonal relations.Thirdly, Shuangfei students' worries about future employment will affect their living conditions. In view of the dual integration of academic field and life field in elite universities, Shuangfei students' responses mainly include personal psychological adjustment and behavioral adjustment; Mentors and peer groups are key to the support of others.

This study ultimately provides comprehensive and targeted recommendations. At the national level, the educational training mechanism should be adjusted and educational resources should be evenly distributed. At the school level, organize freshmen entrance education and activities; Set up psychological courses, hire professional psychological teachers psychological counseling; Strengthen the development of scientific research lectures and the provision of scientific research training opportunities. At the social worker level, psychological support is provided through case work and social assistance is provided through group work. On a personal level, pay attention to yourself and ask for help. Through the joint efforts of many parties, the quality of the study experience of Shuangnon students in elite universities can be improved.
