大学生正处于成年早期,正值完成亲密对孤独的心理发展任务阶段,如能顺利建立亲密感,则能更多的体验到人生的幸福,减少孤独感,提升心理健康水平。研究证明,安全型依恋关系的大学生能够与朋友、恋人建立亲密感,而不安全依恋关系中的专注型、冷淡型、惧怕型的大学生在建立亲密感的过程中存在很大的困难,并在人际交往中容易产生矛盾,尤其是同一个体同时存在两种类型的不安全依恋关系,在强烈渴望亲密感的同时又存在回避行为,更难以建立健康的亲密感。 研究目的:通过箱庭疗法对一名不安全型依恋关系的大学生进行个案研究,探讨箱庭疗法对不安全型依恋关系的作用机制。 研究方法:本研究通过微信平台,在北京高校内招募到7名志愿者,从中筛选出一名不安全型依恋关系大学生,分别进行了亲密关系经历量表、亲密关系满意度量表作为前后效果对比,与该被试进行了25次会面,其中23次箱庭治疗。 结果:被试的箱庭治疗经历了问题呈现、无意识探索、自我探索、自我滋养、新生和展望、真实自我呈现六个阶段。经过箱庭治疗后,被试的情绪控制能力、爱的能力增强,改变了原有不良模式,增强了生活适应能力。 研究结论: (1) 箱庭疗法可以转变个体的不安全型依恋关系为安全型依恋关系; (2) 依恋关系类型的转变改善了个体的亲密关系。

Undergraduate students are in the early stage of adulthood, which is part of the psychological development stage on the changes from intimacy to loneliness. If they are able to establish a sense of intimacy, they can reduce loneliness, experience greater happiness and eventually improve in mental health. There was research proof that, undergraduate students with secure attachment can establish intimacy with their friends or lovers. But undergraduate students with insecure attachment have great difficulties in establishing intimacy, they will easily produce contradictions in their interpersonal communications. Especially when this person has both attachment, they could not establish a healthy intimacy which means that they have a strong yearning on intimacy but in the same time they avoid it. Purpose: With the usage of Sandplay therapy, a case study on a single undergraduate studentswith insecure attachment relationship was conducted to explore the mechanism of actions about sandplay therapy on Insecure attachment. Methods: in this study, 7 volunteers were recruited in Beijing colleges and universities through the Weixin platform (a communication program such as facebook), We screened out a student with insecure attachment, Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory(ECR)and The Quality of Relationship Index(QRI), we did a before and after effect comparison, 25 sessions of the subjects were conducted, of which 23 cases were treated with sandplay therapy. Results: The case treatment of sandplay therapy experienced six stages: problem presentation, unconscious exploration, self exploration, self nourishment, newborn and prospects, and true self presentation. After the sandplay therapy, the emotion control ability and love ability of the subjects were enhanced, which changed the original unhealthy pattern and enhanced their adaptability to life. Conclusion: Sandplay therapy can change individual insecure attachment relationship for secure attachment relationship. The transformation of it improves personal intimacy satisfaction.
