人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是大学的三大职能。近年来，我国大学的社会服务职能越来越被重视，成为衡量高校整体水平的重要部分。与此同时，我国大学社会服务工作的传统更加注重经济效益，主要通过理工科专业的科学技术转化、产学研结合等方式开展，而大学文科专业社会服务的重要性却常常被忽略。中国语言文学专业作为文科类专业，在我国社会转型的特殊时期，尤其是国家提倡传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化的背景下，应该如何通过社会服务工作，促进自身学科建设与人才培养，同时推动社会文化进步？这是需要在实践中进行探索的问题。

B大学中国语言文学专业从2013年开始建立了专门负责社会服务工作的部门，通过近七年的不断尝试和实践，积累了一些经验、探索了一些方法。本文基于B大学中国语言文学专业社会服务工作实践，首先梳理了其发展的不同阶段，分析总结了不同阶段社会服务的特点；之后对其社会服务案例进行分类，并分别对每种类型的典型案例进行描述，总结了中国语言文学专业社会服务的四个普遍特征。

在此基础上，为更好地分析四类案例的特点与效果，本文针对中国语言文学专业社会服务的个案建立了评价体系，并对不同类型的典型案例进行评价，以对比总结四类案例在服务素质、服务意愿和服务实效三个方面的优势与劣势。最后，通过比较研究，指出了四种社会服务类型分别存在的问题，提出了相应的改进建议。

Talent training, scientific research and social services are the three major functions of the university. In recent years, the social service functions of Chinese universities have been paid more and more attention and become an important part of measuring the overall level of universities. However, the traditional social service work of Chinese universities pays more attention to economic benefits. It is mainly carried out through scientific and technological transformation of science and engineering majors, and the combination of production, teaching, and research. The importance of social services in university liberal arts is often overlooked. As a liberal art major, in the special period of China's social transformation, especially in the context of the country's advocacy to inherit and promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture, how Chinese language and literature majors should promote social and cultural progress through social service work, and at the same time be able to promote their own discipline construction and talent training, these are issues that need to be explored in practice.

The school of Chinese Language and Literature of B University has established a department in charge of social service since 2013. It has continuously tried and practiced in the past 7 years, accumulated some experience and explored some methods. This article is based on the social service work practice of the Chinese language and literature major of University B. It first sorts out the different stages of its development, and analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of social services at different stages. Then it classifies its social service cases and describes each type of typical case separately. It summarizes the four general characteristics of the social service of the Chinese language and literature major.

In order to analyze the characteristics and effects of the four types of cases, this article establishes an evaluation system for the social service cases of the Chinese language and literature major, and evaluates the typical cases described in different types, and it compares the three aspects of service ability, service willingness and service effect. Through comparative research, this paper points out the problems of the four types of social services, puts forward suggestions for improvement.
