本文中以调查问卷结合文献资料研究的方法，对韩国老年人的生活、养老政策、养老制度等进行了分析。目前韩国养老政策虽然还比较完善，但是其中也存在着很多问题，这也是许多韩国老年人在退休后仍然要继续工作的原因之一。为此，通过本文的研究希望可以加强中韩两国养老民俗的交流，同时也希望能够了解更多韩国老年人的生活。

This paper is about the life of elderly people and pension policy and system in Korea by questionnaire and literature survey.The pension policy in Korea is still relatively perfect, but there are many problems, which is one of the reasons for many elderly people continuing to work after retirement. Through this study, I hope to strengthen the folk exchange between China and South Korea, and hope to know more about the life of the elderly in Korea.
