在教育改革进行的如火如荼的今天,历史学科教育被赋予了远超过传授历史知识本身的内涵。历史教学肩负着传承中华文化,贯彻社会主义核心价值观的重大历史使命。在新课改关注学生全面发展的理念引导下,学生历史学科能力的培养显得更加重要。 在历史教学中,众多一线教师都遇到了许多问题,诸如,课标过于笼统难于把握、初高中知识衔接不够、如何运用史学前沿成果、如何在教学中培养学生历史学科能力、学生历史学科能力该如何进行测评、教学如何进行改进等。 本研究以对世界政治、经济都产生了重大影响的罗斯福新政为切入点,通过对课标、教学内容、测评工具的研究,进行教学设计。希望能提供一种在实际教学中培养学生历史学科能力的基本范式,使历史教师可以基于历史学科能力培养,进行教学改进。 论文将中美历史课程标准中“罗斯福新政”内容标准进行比对分析,提出我国课程标准中“罗斯福新政”相关内容需要完善的地方,并尝试运用学科能力指标体系、借鉴美国课标展现方式将我国课标进一步细化;比对分析初高中各主流版本教材中“罗斯福新政”相关内容,确定教学重难点,并以知识点分类,将教学中可以运用的典型课程资源做了整理与分析;运用学科能力指标体系分别设计初高中教学目标,及可以用于学生历史学科能力诊断的测试题;根据教学目标分别设计了针对具体学科能力培养的初高中教学过程示例;最后,从教学目标、教学内容、测试题等方面提出初高中学科能力进阶的建议。
外文摘要:
With ongoing education reforms, the subject of history has been endowed some significance much more than passing on of historical knowledge. History teaching is responsible for the great historical missions of heritance of Chinese culture and implementing the core values of socialism. With the guide of New National Curriculum Standards, the overall development of students is more valued and training students’ ability in the subject of history therefore becomes more important. In historical education, many top teachers have come across problems. For example, the curriculum standards are rather ambiguous and difficult to implement; knowledge convergence between junior and senior high is not well considered; how to introduce frontier research achievements to the class; how to improve student’s ability in the subject of history through teaching; how to evaluate students’ ability in the subject; how to improve the teaching etc. This research takes The New Deal ordered by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, which had a considerable impact on world politics and economy, as an enter point. After a study on curriculum standards, contents of teaching and evaluation tools, an instructional design will be proposed. The purpose of this research is to provide an example of how to train students’ ability in the subject of history through actual class teaching, and hopefully will help history teachers to improve history teaching based on the objective of training ability in the subject. This thesis compares and analyzes curriculum standards of ‘The New Deal’ in China and The United States, and points out potential improvements that can be made in Chinese curriculum standards, which leads to discussion of refining Chinese curriculum standards using Subject Ability Indicator System and referencing to the way that American curriculum standards are presented. Then the contents of ‘The New Deal’ from major high school history textbooks are compared and analyzed, emphasizes and difficulties are suggested, and typical curriculum resources in class teaching are organized and analyzed. Furthermore, using Subject Ability Indicator System, this thesis designs teaching objectives of junior and senior high school, and test questions that can be used for history subject ability evaluation. Also, based on teaching objectives, examples of class teaching processes for training of specific subject abilities are provided. Finally, advices for improvement in subject ability in junior and senior high school are proposed from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching contents and evaluation.
