1927年，中国第一所独立的高等专业音乐学院——国立音乐学院在上海创建，标志着专业音乐教育从此进入了一个发展新阶段。1977年，高考制度恢复，全国各地的音乐院校和师范院校的音乐系如雨后春笋般迅速崛起，教学体制初步形成，课程内容逐渐扩大，科研管理与社会实践也开始得到进一步的发展。改革开放以后，高等师范院校的声乐专业呈现出稳步发展状态。无论是师资队伍建设，还是课程体系完善，都朝着系统化、标准化的方向迈进。 素质教育一直是大学生全面发展教育的重要内容之一。素质教育实现的关键是美育教育的发展，大学生需要具备发现美、欣赏美、创造美的能力，才算是一个合格的社会主义接班人。近年来，有关美育教育发展工作的政策文件层出不穷，各省、市、自治区等地的相关实施策略，也在一步步的开展与进行当中。其中包括：美育功能、美育课程、美育实施和美育评价体系等。与此同时，伴随而来的还有针对美育现状的分析和存在问题的探究。 本文旨在探索声乐专业硕士与大学美育发展之间的关系与联系，参考公选课《歌唱的艺术：训练与欣赏》的开设背景和进展现状，以北京师范大学声乐硕士的培养方案为依据，理论联系实践，专业学习带动非专业发展，为今后的高等师范院校声乐硕士培养提供几点新的思路与方向。正文部分主要由三部分组成，分别从内容价值、理论现状、方式方法等方面进行论述、展开、分析与融合。

In 1927, The National Conservatory of Music, China's first independent higher professional music academy, was founded in Shanghai, marking a new stage in the development of professional music education. In 1977, the college entrance examination system was restored. The music departments of music colleges and normal colleges all over the country are springing up rapidly, the teaching system is forming initially, the curriculum content is gradually expanding, and the management of scientific research and social practice are also beginning to get further development. Since the reform and opening up, the vocal music major in normal universities has shown steady development. Both the construction of teaching staff and the improvement of curriculum system are moving towards systematization and standardization. Quality education has always been one of the important contents of college students 'all-round development education. The key to the realization of quality education is the development of aesthetic education. College students need to have the ability to discover, appreciate and create beauty, in order to be regarded as a qualified socialist successor. In recent years, the policy documents on the development of aesthetic education are emerging in endlessly, and the relevant implementation strategies of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and other places are also being carried out step by step. Including: aesthetic education function, aesthetic education curriculum, aesthetic education implementation and aesthetic education evaluation system. At the same time, accompanied by the analysis of the aesthetic education status and the study of the problems that exist. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the master's degree of vocal music and the development of university aesthetic education. With reference to the background and present situation of the opening of the public elective course "the Art of singing: training and appreciation", this paper bases on the training scheme of the Master of vocal Music in Beijing normal University. Combining theory with practice, professional study promotes the development of non-major, and provides some new ideas and directions for the cultivation of master of vocal music in normal colleges and universities in the future. The text is mainly composed of three parts, from the content value, theoretical status, methods and other aspects to carry on the discussion, unfold, analyze and merge.
