本研究属于质性研究的范畴,以永县二职高为个案对象,以访谈和回忆为主,再现了中原一所农村中学的发展历程,重点考察了1985-1994年间两次职改事件给学校带来的致命性影响。探索农村职业中学陷入困境的真正原因,试图通过一些原生态性质的事实,重新去考虑教育改革的政策和措施,特别强调要走进第一现场去发现问题,考察问题。本研究遵循 “从内向外看”与“从下往上看”的视角研究教育问题,选择农村一所职业中学作为个案,关注小地方,重视微观研究,通过对它的职业化过程的描述,以讲故事的方式,试图揭示农村普通高中职业化真实的教育图景,呈现个案地区农民、学校、国家之间以及农民的教育理想和宏观政策之间的关系.本研究主要关注的是被假设的农村职业教育的直接受益者——学生及其家长是如何赋予农村职业教育意义的。本文强调,农村是农村职业学校学生的主要来源,农村职业学校如果得不到农民的认同是没有实际效用的。建国以来国家对于农民的教育,一般都是从国家的理想出发,给农民制定一个美好的教育目标,相信只要农民按照教育目标去受教育,农村就会变为富裕的社会,农民就会成为有知识、懂技术的新农民。目前农民最理想的教育仍然是应试教育,通过应试教育进入城市,进入农民心目中公平的地方,实现农民向上流动的愿望。
外文摘要:
This study is of the qualitative research by Yong Xian No.2 vocational Senior Middle School through talking and recalling, which reappears a development course of the middle school in rural area. Two vocational reforms have been inspected, which brought the deadly influence in 1985-1994. This study has explored the real reason why the vocational middle-school in rural area is sinking into the trouble. From these facts the reform policy and measure will be think over. We should go into the field to watch and consider the question.This study follows the angle of view: “from interior to outer”, “from down to up”, which chooses a vocational middle school as a case, and attaches important to microcosmic study, which promulgates the real education picture. The relations among peasants, schools and nation have been presented. This study concerns what meaning the students and heads of a family endows with the vocational education in rural area supposing persons who benefit from it. The rural area is the source of the students in the vocational school of the rural area. If the peasants don’t identity the vocational school in the countryside, there is no effectiveness. The beautiful peasant objective of education has worked out by the nation from founding a nation. The countryside can be rich society, and the peasants can be the new peasants who understand the technology and knowledge, which brings the countryside education the heavy burden. The ideal education of the peasants is attending an examination, which is thought the fair education, from which the peasants can go up.
