农村地区大多地区经济不发达,教育落后。要完成普及九年义务教育困难重重,在这种背景下的语文教学面临两大问题:一是如何控制学生辍学;二是如何有效提高语文教育教学的质量。语文实践活动就为学生提供了一个与现实生活、与他人交往的情境,使学生在历练中积累经验和体验,感受到语文的魅力,增加了学习语文的兴趣,提高了解决问题的能力,因而语文实践活动是语文素养养成的重要途径。本文站在农村初中的角度,论述语文活动课的设置及实施等相关内容。全文由引言、正文和结语组成,其中正文分四部分。 引言先概述贫困地区农村初中学生由于厌学而造成大量流失的现象,提出论题,指出论题研究的价值。 第一部分分析语文实践活动课的内涵和性质及特征。论述语文活动课是学生通过实践活动自主学习,获取直接经验的本质。它强调让学生在开放的学习空间里,培养学生动脑、动手的能力和激发学生的创造潜能。它的基本特征包括开放性、自主性、创造性、实践性。 第二部分论述农村初中语文活动课设置的意义。贫困地区农村初中基本上是寄宿制学校,学生单一的学科课程学习很枯燥,语文活动课的设置,可以丰富学生的学习生活,提高学习的积极性,使学校成为学生生活的乐园。语文活动课遵循语文学习的规律,能有效提高学生的语文素养。语文活动课程是新型活动课程,重视学习的过程,不刻意追求学习的结果。能学会学习的方法,培养探究的精神,同时由于学习方式的改变,使学生养成合作学习的习惯。第三部分论述语文活动课的具体设计和实施。先阐述语文活动课设计的原则包括有效性原则;趣味性原则;因地制宜性原则;学生参与性原则。然后分别从听说活动、读写活动、地方课程、综合实践课程以及其它活动几个类别论述语文活动课的设计和实施。 第四部分论述语文实践活动课程的评价。评价是语文实践活动课实施过程中的一个重要的组成部分,它直接关系到语文实践活动课的成败和把学生培养成什么样的人,它无疑是影响和制约该课程实施的主要因素。本人分别从评价的意义、评价的内容、评价的原则和方法进行阐述。 第五部分论述影响语文活动课成功实施的因素。分析影农村初中语文活动课成功设置的因素,着重阐述学校领导的支持和语文教师的主动实施的关键性作用。 结语指出语文活动课的设置及成功实施是降低辍学率,提高语文教学质量的有效途径。关键词:农村初中,语文、实践活动课、设置、实施

AbstractMost of the the rural areas are regional economic underdeveloped with poor education. It is quite difficult to complete the nine-year compulsory education universally.In this context, language teaching is confronting two problems : first, how to control students of dropping out of school; Second, how to effectively improve language teaching quality. Language-practicing activities provide students with a real life and the scenes to communicate with others, which enables student experience and accumulate experience, feel the charm of the language, an increase of interest in language learning, improve the problem-solving capacity. Therefore, the language-practicing activity is an important way to develop language literacy. This paper from the perspective of rural middle school discuss the setting and implementation and other relevant contents. The full text is composed of four parts, the introduction, the text, the conclusion.Firsty introduction summarized the cause of middle school students huge loss in poor rural areas is because of the tiredness of studying. Furthermore the topic is posed and the importance of researching topics is valuable. In first part, the of practice language courses and nature of the content and features are analyzed. it dissertates the essence that the students acqurie direct experience by practical studying. It stressed that students learn in an open space, to develop their operating and thinking ability and the ability to inspire students to create potential. Its basic features include openness, independence, creativity and practice.The second part dissertates the significance of the setting middle school Chinese course activities in rural areas. Poor rural areas are basically middle boarding schools and the single student learning course is quite boring. The setting of Chinese activities course enrich student’s learning and enhance their learning enthusiasm, so that schools will become a paradise for student life. Chinese activity course follow the law of Chinese learning, which can improve their language knowledge effectively. Chinese activity course is a new type of activity course, to learn from the process, not deliberately pursue for learning outcome. It can make students learn the studying method, cultivate their inquisitiveness spirit. Meanwhile, because of the change of learning method, it enables students to develop the habit of cooperative learning.In the third part, the designing and implementation of Chinese activity course are discussed . Firstly, the principle of Chinese activity course designing is dessertated, including effectiveness-orientation principle, interest-orientation principle, local condition principle; student-participating principle. Then the designing and implementation of Chinese activity course is dessertated from the hearing-speaking activities, reading and writing activities, local courses practical courses, and other types of activities.In the fourth part, Chinese Practice Course evaluation is discussed. Evaluation is an important component in the process of language classes practice It is directly related to the success or failure of language classes practice and what kind of person the students will be trained into. It undoubtedly affect and constrain the course of the major factors. It will be stated separately from the evaluation of the significance of the content evaluation, the evaluation of the principles and methods described. In the fifth part, the factor which influence on the successful implementation is discussed. The factor which influences on the successful setting of Chinese activity coure in rurul middle school. It maily focuses on the dessertation that the support from school leaders and the implementation of the initiativity of teachers play a significant role. In the conclusion part, the point is stated that the language class activities and the establishment of successful implementation is an effective way to reduce the dropout rate and improve the quality of language teaching.
