排球发球技术中,运动员越稳定,发球落点越刁钻,所具有的进攻性也就越强,在排球比赛中有可能直接冲破对方的防守直接得分。对于高中阶段的学生,身体各项机能正处于快速发展时期,如何使学生掌握好专项技能,是当前体育教学领域重点研究的课题。体育学习兴趣的培养对学生的全面发展有重要的作用。在高中阶段的体育课程中,排球上手发球的学习大多只局限于初步接触,教学方法单一,导致很多的学生在学习排球上手发球的过程中出现排斥心理,学习效果不好。当学习技术难度高的动作,学生们的学习效果达到瓶颈期时,采用表象训练法,理论上可以帮助学生们高效完成预期动作,具象化的理解发球的重难点,也可以增强学生们参与体育活动的兴趣,提升学生的表象能力,让学生掌握更好的排球上手发球能力,更愿意参加排球运动。 研究目的:本文旨在针对身体素质发展处在重要的承上启下年纪的高一年级学生,通过开发表象训练方法,在体育课上进行表象干预,来验证表象训练对排球上手发球教学效果的影响,为提高高中生学习排球上手发球的效率和体育学习兴趣提供教学方法依据。 研究方法:以鞍山市鞍钢高级中学高一年级的男生为实验对象,实验组20人(身高176±6.97cm,体重69.28±13.30kg),对照组20人(身高175.2±6.90cm,体重68.45±14.71kg),两组均进行8周的教学实验,每周两次课程,共计16课时。实验干预前对两组学生发放《高中生体育学习兴趣量表》对两组学生的体育学习兴趣的各维度水平进行统计,并对实验组和对照组的学生进行基本身体素质的测试,实验干预后,对两组学生的排球发球成功率、发球落点成绩、发球技评成绩和体育学习兴趣进行测试,运用SPSS分析对比两组学生的相关数据,对表象训练法在高一年级排球上手发球中的促进影响进行检验。 研究结果:1)表象训练法运用到排球上手发球教学中可以提高排球上手发球的成功率。2)表象训练法可以提高发球落点的控制及技评成绩。3)表象训练法有效提升了体育学习兴趣。4)表象训练有效的提升了学生的表象能力。 研究结论:1)相较于以身体训练为主的传统体育课堂,表象训练能够更加系统高效的提高排球上手发球成功率。2)相较于以身体训练为主的传统体育课堂,表象训练可以提升排球发球落点评分的成绩和技评成绩,对比于实验组和对照组的结果,发球技评成绩的差异很明显。3)相较于以身体训练为主的传统体育课堂,表象训练可以提升学生的体育学习兴趣,在体育学习兴趣的五个维度水平上体育关注的程度提升最为明显。4)经过周期系统性的表象训练后,提高了高中生的表象能力,学生的表象能力的提高,对于掌握排球上手发球的运动技能是十分有利的。 |

In volleyball serve technology, the more stable the athlete, the more cunning the serve landing point, the stronger the offensiveness, and it is possible to directly break through the opponent's defense in the volleyball game and score directly. For students at the high school level, the various functions of the body are in a period of rapid development, and how to enable students to master special skills is the current key research topic in the field of physical education. The cultivation of interest in physical education learning plays an important role in the overall development of students. In the physical education curriculum at the high school level, most of the learning of volleyball hands-on serve is limited to preliminary contact, and the teaching method is single, resulting in many students repulsive psychology in the process of learning volleyball to serve the ball, and the learning effect is not good. When learning high technical difficulty of the action, the student's learning effect reaches the bottleneck period, the use of appearance training method, theoretically can help students efficiently complete the expected action, visualize the difficulty of the serve, but also enhance the student's interest in participating in sports activities, improve the student's appearance ability, so that students master a better volleyball hand serve ability, more willing to participate in volleyball sports. Research Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to verify the influence of appearance training on the teaching effect of volleyball serve by developing appearance training methods and performing appearance intervention in physical education class for first-year students whose physical fitness development is at an important age of succession, and to provide a teaching method basis for improving the efficiency of high school students learning volleyball to serve and their interest in physical education. Research Methods: 20 male students in the first grade of Angang Senior High School in Anshan City (height 176±6.97cm, weight 69.28±13.30kg) were taken as experimental objects, and 20 students in the control group (height 175.2±6.90cm, weight 68.45 ± 14.71kg) were taken as the experimental object, and the two groups carried out teaching experiments for 8 weeks, with two courses per week, a total of 16 class hours. Before the experimental intervention, the two groups of students were issued the "High School Students Physical Education Learning Interest Scale" to count the dimensions of the two groups of students' physical learning interest, and the experimental group and the control group of students were tested for basic physical fitness, after the experimental intervention, the volleyball serve success rate, serve landing point score, serve skill evaluation score and physical learning interest of the two groups of students were tested, and the spss analysis was used to compare the relevant data of the two groups of students, and the promotion effect of the appearance training method in the first year of volleyball was tested. Research results: 1) The application of the appearance training method to the teaching of volleyball hands can improve the success rate of volleyball hands and serves. 2) The appearance training method can improve the control of the serve landing point and the technical evaluation performance. 3) The appearance training method has effectively enhanced the interest in physical education learning. 4) Appearance training effectively improves students' appearance ability. Research conclusions: 1) Compared with the traditional physical education classroom based on physical training, appearance training can improve the success rate of volleyball in a more systematic and efficient manner. 2) Compared with the traditional physical education classroom based on physical training, appearance training can improve the score of volleyball serve and technical evaluation, compared with the results of the experimental group and the control group, the difference in service evaluation results is obvious. 3) Compared with the traditional physical education classroom based on physical training, appearance training can enhance students' interest in sports learning, and the degree of sports attention is most obvious in the five dimensions of physical learning interest. 4) After the periodic systematic appearance training, the appearance ability of high school students is improved, and the improvement of students' appearance ability is very beneficial for mastering the motor skills of volleyball hands and serves. |
