情绪调节是目前情绪心理学研究的热点问题,情绪调节策略作为情绪调节领域的核心,与个体的情绪、人际交往、社会适应等心理维度都存在密切的关系。大学生面临着学业、求职、择偶等多方面的问题,各种问题的出现会造成大学生情绪的巨大波动,情绪调节策略使用不合理,往往会导致诸多心理问题。因此探究大学生情绪调节策略的特点与心理健康的关系,对于改善大学生的情绪调节策略,促进其心理健康具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 研究一:探讨运动与非运动群体大学生外显情绪调节策略的特点与心理健康的关系。采用《情绪调节量表》,《大学生心理健康调查表》对449名在校大学生进行测量与分析。结果发现:(1)从总体上看,大学生认知重评策略得分显著高于表达抑制策略得分;从性别上看,女生认知重评策略得分显著高于男生,男生表达抑制策略得分显著高于女生。大学生认知重评策略得分与心理健康状况得分呈显著正相关,表达抑制策略得分与心理健康状况得分呈负相关。倾向于使用不同情绪调节策略的大学生心理健康状况得分由高到低依次为:认知重评、认知重评表达抑制共用、其他策略(认知重评表达抑制均不使用)、表达抑制。(2)运动群体认知重评策略得分显著高于非运动群体。群体和外显情绪调节策略类型对大学生心理健康状况的影响存在显著交互作用,在运动群体大学生中,倾向于使用表达抑制策略的大学生心理健康状况得分最低且差异显著。结论:(1)从总体上看,大学生更倾向于使用认知重评策略。女生比男生更倾向于使用认知重评策略,男生比女生更倾向于使用表达抑制策略。倾向于使用认知重评策略的大学生心理健康状况最好。倾向于使用表达抑制策略的大学生心理健康状况最差。(2)运动群体比非运动群体更倾向于使用认知重评策略。在认知重评表达抑制策略共用的大学生中,运动群体大学生的心理健康状况好于非运动群体大学生。在运动群体大学生中,倾向于使用表达抑制策略的大学生心理健康状况最差。 研究二:探讨运动与非运动群体大学生外显与内隐情绪调节策略的一致性。采用《情绪调节量表》和“内隐情绪调节策略启动和测量任务”对运动与非运动群体大学生各27名进行测量与分析。结果发现:内隐情绪调节策略有五种类型:认知重评,表达抑制,认知重评表达抑制共用,其他策略(认知重评表达抑制均不使用),认知重评表达抑制其他策略共用。在四种不同情境下,运动与非运动群体大学生内隐情绪调节策略均不存在显著差异。内隐情绪调节策略启动任务前后皮肤导电水平调节效果显著,但是运动与非运动群体间调节效果不存在显著差异。在四种不同情境下,运动群体、非运动群体大学生的外显情绪调节策略与内隐情绪调节策略存在一致性的情况,也存在不一致性的情况,且大学生外显与内隐情绪调节策略一致性的人数和不一致性的人数各不相同。在不同情境下,外显与内隐情绪调节策略存在一致性的人数均较少。结论:运动与非运动群体大学生内隐情绪调节策略不存在特定倾向性。运动、非运动群体大学生外显与内隐情绪调节策略存在一致性,但是不同情境下的一致性人数所占的比例不同且一致性的比例均较低。

Emotion regulation is a hot issue in the study of emotion psychology at present, and emotion regulation strategies is regard as the core of the emotional regulation field. Emotion regulation strategies have a close relation with emotion, interpersonal, social adaptation and other psychological dimension. University students are faced with the academic, employment, marriage and so on. Huge fluctuations appear when one faces different problems. If students use emotion regulation strategies improperly, many psychological problems will happen. So we explored the relationship between emotion regulation strategy and mental health of university students. It could not only help students improve their emotion regulation strategy, but also have important theoretical significance and practical value to promote their mental health.Study one: The relationship between explicit relationship between emotion regulation strategy and mental health of sports and non sports university students. We used "emotion regulation scale", "students mental health questionnaire" to measure 449 students. Results: (1) look on the whole, students' cognitive reappraisal score was significantly higher than expression suppression strategy score; seen from gender, girls cognitive reappraisal score was significantly higher than boys, boys expression suppression strategy score was significantly higher than girls. University students' cognitive reappraisal score and the score of mental health strategies have significant positive correlation, negative correlation between expression suppression score and mental health score. The score of mental health of students ,who used different emotion regulation strategies, from high to low is: cognitive reappraisal, cognitive reappraisal & expression suppression, other strategies (neither cognitive reappraisal nor expression suppression ), expression suppression. (2) Cognitive reappraisal score of sport group was significantly higher than the non sports group. Group and the type of explicit emotion regulation strategies have significant interaction on mental health status of university students. The mental health score of sport students who tended to use expression suppression was the lowest. Conclusion: (1) students tended to use cognitive reappraisal strategy. Girls tended to use cognitive reappraisal strategy , boys were more inclined to use expression suppression strategy. The mental health state of students who tended to use cognitive reappraisal strategy was the best. The mental health state of students who tended to use expression suppression strategy was the worst. (2)The sports groups of students tended to use cognitive reappraisal strategy. In students who used both cognitive reappraisal strategy and expression suppression strategy, the mental health state of sports group was better than non-sport group. In sports group of university students, the mental health state of students who tended to use expression suppression was the worst.Study two: The consistency between explicit and implicit emotion regulation strategy of sports and non sports university students. We used the "ERQ" and "implicit emotion regulation strategies starting and measurement task" to measure sports and non sports college students ,there were 27 students in each group. Results: there are five types of the implicit emotion regulation strategy : cognitive reappraisal, expression suppression, both cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression, other strategies (neither cognitive reappraisal nor expression suppression), cognitive reappraisal strategy& expression suppression & other strategies. In four different situations, the implicit emotion regulation strategies of sports and non sports group had not significant difference. The skin conductance level had significant difference before and after implicit emotion regulation strategies starting task. But there was no significant difference of the regulation effect between sports and non sports group. In four different situations, the explicit and implicit emotion regulation strategy of all the students had both consistency and inconsistency, and the number of consistency in different situations was not the same. In each emotional state, the proportion of consistency of explicit and implicit emotion regulation strategies was low. Conclusion: The implicit emotion regulation strategy does not exist special tendency of sports and non sports population, in four different situations. The explicit and implicit emotion regulation strategy existed consistency in different situations, but the proportion of consistency was low and different.
