  地震及其次生灾害会对道路带来不同程度的影响。高原地区道路比平原 地区少,而且地震灾害发生比较频繁,灾害后受到的影响比平原地区更严重。 道路网络中的重要路段被破坏后引起关键节点的失效,会对整个道路网络产 生严重影响,从而影响救援工作的开展和救灾物资的运输。因此识别震后道路 的关键节点具有重要意义。本文以昌都市的道路网络为研究对象,将道路损坏 评价与 NRI 指数法相结合,识别震后道路关键节点。结果表明:昌都市震后关 键节点位于芒康县,连接关键节点的路段为高速公路。本研究发现,在考虑日 需求量时,相比于平原地区,震后高原地区位于偏远地区的流量大的路段的节 点更为关键。并且验证了相比于其他等级的公路,高速公路因其更大的通行能 力对于整个道路网络的连通具有更为重要的作用。

  Earthquake and its secondary disasters can lead to different degrees of impact on roads. Compared with plain area, there are fewer roads in plateau area and they are affected by earthquake more frequently. The failure of critical links and key nodes in the road network due to earthquake and its secondary disasters will bring more serious impact on the entire road network in plateau area, thus affecting the implementation of the rescue work and the transportation of relief supplies. Thus it is of great importance to distinguish the key nodes of the road network after the earthquake. Taking the road network of Changdu city as the research object, this paper combines the road damage assessment with NRI index method to identify the key nodes of the road after earthquake. The results show that the key nodes of Changdu city after earthquake are located in Mangkang county, and the link connecting the key nodes is freeway. This study concluded that, when considering daily demand, nodes of high-flow links in remote areas of plateau area were more critical. It is also proved that compared with other levels of roads, freeways are more significant to the connection of whole road network since they can carry much more traffic.
