初三学生家长面对子女青春期和中考的双重压力,往往焦虑水平较高,特别是中考前针对学业的焦虑。本研究采用焦点解决团体咨询的方式,对初三学生焦虑的家长给予团体支持并降低其焦虑水平,以更适应的情绪状态陪伴孩子应对中考压力;同时探索焦点解决团体咨询针对家长焦虑的有效性。

本研究干预对象为初三学生家长中,焦虑水平经GAD-7量表测试14分以下的群体,并在访谈中明确表示主要焦虑为孩子的学业问题及与学业相关的内容。团体设置为每次1.5小时,每周1次,共8次,由两名咨询师共同带领该团体。通过问卷填写招募和访谈筛查,确定了5名志愿者进入团体,分别在团体前、团体中期和团体结束后进行GAD-7、亲子关系问卷、一般自我效能量表以及自行设计反馈表的数据收集,量化分析与质性分析相结合。结果显示,焦点解决团体咨询有效帮助团体成员缓解了焦虑情绪,同时提升了自我效能感,并改善了亲子关系。然而本研究为个案研究,样本小,无法证实焦点解决团体咨询对于焦虑家长群体的有效性,依然有待于今后的研究者们开展相关临床研究,提供更多实证和数据支持。

外文摘要:

The parents of ninth grade students are faced with the dual pressures from their children’s puberty and senior high school entrance examination. The anxiety level of these parents is relatively high, especially for academic anxiety before the senior high school entrance examination In this study, solution-focused brief group (SFBG) therapy was adopted to provide group support for these anxious parents and to reduce their anxiety level, so as to accompany their children to cope with the pressure of high school entrance examination in a more adaptive emotional state. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of SFBG counseling for parents’ anxiety was explored.

The study objects were those parents whose anxiety level was less than 14 on the GAD-7 scale and who clearly indicated in the interview that the main anxiety was the children’s academic performance. The group, led by two consultants, was given 1.5 hours each time, once a week and a total of 8 times. Five volunteers in this group were selected and recruited through questionnaire and interview. Before, during and after the group, they would give the feedback on the following: generalized anxiety disorder (GAD-7), parent-child relationship questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale (GSES), self-designed feedback form. The data analysis of this study includes quantitative analysis and qualitative one.

The results showed that SFBG counseling effectively helped the group members to relieve anxiety, enhance self-efficacy and improve parent-child relationship.

This study is, however, a case study with a small-size sample, which cannot prove the effectiveness of group counseling for anxious parents and still needs to be carried out by future researchers in relevant clinical studies to provide more empirical and data support.
