This study delves into the similarities and differences in wine culture between China and Armenia. Through literature review, field investigation, and expert interviews, this article compares the differences in brewing history, development history, social status, and consumption habits between the two countries, and analyzes the role of wine in their respective festival rituals. Research has found that although the wine cultures of the two countries differ in form and expression, both reflect that wine is an indispensable component of social and cultural interaction. China's wine culture demonstrates its deep foundation in social and etiquette, while Armenia's wine culture emphasizes the close connection between wine and religious and family values. This article also discusses the development of the wine cultures of the two countries in the process of globalization and puts forward suggestions for future research.
