犯罪预备行为是犯罪预备的一个重要命题，但相关研究一直无缘得到学界垂青，有关犯罪预备行为的专题研究并不多，即使涉及到这个问题，也多着重于其处罚范围、刑事责任根据的研究，对于其行为本身相关理论的研究多停留在教科书式的介绍与阐述，其理论研究内容之陈旧滞后难以及时反映与适应社会发展的迅猛之势。有感于此，笔者提倡将视角回归于犯罪预备行为的本身并斗胆以此为题目进行专题研究，力图在犯罪预备行为研究的深度方面取得一定突破,对犯罪预备行为的概念、特征、分类等问题进行了较为详细的阐述。

The preparatory behavior is undoubtedly an essential proposition for the studies of criminal preparation. However， there are few studies have ever enjoyed popularity and touched the academia’s favor. As though the topic is related and discussed sometimes， normally we do focus on the studies of range of punishment and the ground of criminal liabilities. Considering the past and recent studies with introductions and discussions which still remain at the form of textbook level， as well as， hardly can the scarcity and hysteresis of the topic reflect the corresponding development of the society， the author is highly encouraged to move a further step to discuss the topic that highlights the behavior itself， in the hope of making a breakthrough in the criminal preparatory behavior studies.
