本文利用安大简与上博简《曹沫之陈》的异文现象，以文字的形音义三方面的综合关系为依据，对两种《曹沫之陈》疑难词句作出考释，形成五则研究札记。第一则考察文中两次出现的“牪”字，确定“牪”为“犇”的异体字，在文中分别假借为“奋”与“分”。第二则根据谐声原则与新派的上古音研究提出“ ”“将”的假借关系与例外谐声属同类现象，提出“ ”本为“卿”的通假字，并同义换读为义为“将领”的“将”，再被假借表示同一词的其他义项。第三、四、五则考察因通假而成的异文现象，分别提出：安大简“ ”当读为“依”，上博简“ ”当读为“挟”，二者并义为“倚也”；上博简“丌 ”之“ ”当读为“”或“饷”；安大简“毋角 ”之“角”义为“竞也”，并对“同都而 於邦則亓 之不難”之义重新作出分析。

This article uses the parallel text phenomena between Cáo Mò Zhī Zhèn (曹沫之陈) in Anhui University’s bamboo slips and Shanghai Museum’s bamboo slips as a basis for the comprehensive relationship between the form, sound and meaning of characters to interprete the difficult words and sentences in the two versions of Cáo Mò Zhī Zhèn, accordingly forming five research notes. The first note examines the “牪” character that appears twice in the text, determines that “牪” is a variant character of “犇” bēn, and is borrowed as “奋” fèn and “分” fēn respectively in the text. The second, based on the principle of phonetic series and new research in the historical phonology of Old Chinese, proposes that the borrowing relationship between " " and “将” jiāng belongs to the same phenomenon of the exceptional phonetic series, and proposes that " " is originally a phonetical loan character for “卿” qīng, and is synonymously read as “将” meaning “general”, and then borrowed to represent the other meanings of the same word. The third, fourth, and fifth examine the parallel text phenomena caused by phonetical loan characters, respectively proposing: the " " in Anhui University’s bamboo slip should be read as “依” yī, the " " in Shanghai Museum’s bamboo slip should be read as “挟” xié, both meaning “to rely on”; the “ ” in “丌 ” qí jiāng shuài jì ? in Shanghai Museum’s bamboo slip should be read as “” xiǎng or “饷” xiǎng; the “角” jué in “毋角 ” in Anhui University’s bamboo slip means “to compete”, with the reanalysis of the meaning of “同都而 於邦則亓 之不難” tóng dū ér jiào zhī yú bāng zé qí hé zhī bù nán.
