福利待遇是人力资源管理工作中最关键,最复杂的部分之一。对于组织而言,要实现其既定目标,就需要有效地管理组织人力资源,而员工的福利待遇是资源管理的核心内容之一。学术机构在合理范围内能否实现其既定目标,取决于福利计划的实际实施能否激励讲师和其他员工。本研究以尼日利亚Obafemi Awolowo大学为例,研究讲师学术生产力的福利效应。研究采用描述性调查设计,并用自我管理调查表收集研究数据;同时,研究使用随机抽样方法从Obafemi Awolowo大学抽取了192名讲师的样本,并使用多元回归分析方法对数据进行分析。假设检验结果表明,讲师福利与他们的学术生产力之间存在统计学上显著的正相关关系。研究的结论是讲师的动机与他们的学术生产力之间存在着显著的正相关关系,建议大学的管理层应确保对讲师进行适当的补偿,并应适当考虑讲师福利以激发其学术生产力。

外文摘要:
Welfare is one of the most critical and complicated parts of human resource management. For organizations to achieve their goals, it is necessary to effectively manage the organization's human resources, and employee welfare is one of the core contents of resource management. Whether an academic institution can achieve its stated goals within a reasonable range depends on whether the practical implementation of the benefits package can motivate lecturers and other staff. This study takes the Obafemi Awolowo University of Nigeria as an example to study the welfare effects of the academic productivity of lecturers. A descriptive survey design was used, and a self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. Meanwhile, 192 lecturers from Obafemi Awolowo University were sampled by random sampling method, and the data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show a statistically significant positive correlation between instructor welfare and academic productivity. Therefore, it is suggested that the management of universities should ensure that the lecturers are adequately compensated and should consider the welfare of lecturers to stimulate their academic productive forces.

 My first degree was in Obafemi Awolowo University in Social Studies Eduction (Feb 2007 – June 2011). I graduated with second upper division. My master was in Beijing Normal University, Beijing, China (Sept, 2019 - July, 2021), Comparative Education in master.
