作为大功率发光二极管(LED)开发领域的一种关键的新型发光和基层材料,卤化物钙钛矿近年来得到了科学家们的广泛的研究和持续关注。与有机-无机卤化物卤化物钙钛矿相比,全无机钙钛矿薄膜热稳定性好,湿度敏感性低,色纯度高,激子限制下的有效辐射复合效果好。因而成为科学家们的首要选择。新型的钙钛矿半导体材料广泛应用在太阳能光伏、光电探测器和发光二极管等领域。本实验主要利用瞬态吸收光谱技术,研究分析了不同厚度钙钛矿薄膜的电荷载流子动力学,揭示了薄膜厚度对载流子非辐射与辐射复合的影响。为全无机钙钛矿薄膜器件的研究提供了理论支持。

Perovskite halides, the next generation of light-emitting diode materials, have attracted considerable attention from scientists. Compared with organic inorganic hybird halide perovskite, the all-inorganic halides CsPbBr3 film has the advantages of high thermal stability, low humidity,sensitivity and effective radiation recombination due to small size exciton confinement, so it became the first choice forscientists. New types of perovskite list of semiconductor materials arewidely used in devices such as photodetectors and light-emitting diode. The

charge-carrier dynamics of perovskite thin films with different thickness is studied by using transient absorption spectroscopy, and the influence of different thickness on the non-radiative and radiative recombination of thecarriers is revealed. The theoretical support is provided for the study of all inorganic perovskite thin film devices. |
