荀子思想根本于儒家，又兼采道、法、名、墨诸家之长，可谓集先秦诸子之大成。其在天人关系、人性论、知识论、政治理论和制度方面对后世影响深远。荀子对儒家思想的继承，主要体现在对孔子“礼”的继承和改造，礼学是荀子思想的核心，礼治是荀子心中理想的治国之道。荀子的礼治思想离不开其对人性的观察和分析，可以说荀子的人性论是其礼治思想的理论基石，二者之间存在着水乳交融的关系。本文旨在通过深入剖析荀子的人性思想和礼治思想进一步揭示二者之间的相互关系。

The ideology of Xunzi based on Confucian and absorbing advantages of Dao、Fa、Ming 、Mo, can be said to set the culmination of the pre-Qin philosophers.It has far-reaching impact on future generations in Haven relations, Human Nature,epistemology, political theory and system. Xunzi mainly inherits and transforms the "rites" of Confucius.The "rites" is the key to understand Xunzi.While Xunzi's rites cannot be separated from his observation and analysis of human nature, it can be said that "Human Nature" of Xunzi is the foundation of his "Ritual Politics". This paper aims through depth analysis on human thought and Ritual Politicss of Xunzi to reveal therelationship between the two.
