课程思政旨在于通过全员、全程、全课程育人的方式,深化学生对思政理论的理解和认同,提高学生思想道德素质,传承中华民族传统文化,培养爱国主义精神,从而培养德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才。将思想政治教养融入学院高水平运动队的教学、训练和比赛中,对培养运动员的运动毅力,提高学生的综合素质,促进运动技能和思想道德的双重提升,具有重要意义。

基于此,本研究旨在课程思政教学改革的背景,从高校高水平女子足球队课程思政情况的方向,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对北师大女足高水平队伍进行问卷调查以及专家访谈,对北师大高水平运动队课程思政融入途径、融入了哪些思政元素,融入效果及对学生全面发展的影响等进行分析。得出以下结论:

北师大女足将思政元素(爱国主义、个人道德品质、集体意识、规则意识、安全意识等)融入到日常训练、赛前安排、赛后总结、竞赛过程等环节,但更多是在日常训练中。

课程思政的渗透对队员的学习生活及个人目标都有着良性影响。例如如:学生会树立个人目标、主动关注国家时事、能够更好地理解并实践集体主义的真谛,形成强大的团队凝聚力,共同为团队的胜利而努力等。

课程思政评价体系不太完善,评价方式过于单一,需构建多元化评价指标。

对此,本研究提出一下对策:

完善教学理念与评价,提升教师思政育人能力;优化和丰富高校高水平女足足球运动队教学内容方法及途径,使教育具有针对性、全面性;深挖高校高水平女足足球运动队中的思政元素;完善课程思政评价体系,明确思政考核指标。

外文摘要:

The course of Ideological and Political Education aims to deepen students' understanding and identification of ideological and political theories, enhance their ideological and moral quality, inherit the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, cultivate patriotism, and foster outstanding talents with comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor through whole-course education.  Integrating ideological and political education into the teaching, training, and competition of high-level sports teams in colleges is highly significant for cultivating athletes' sports perseverance, improving students' overall quality, as well as promoting the dual advancement of sports skills and ideology.

Based on this premise,this study focuses on the background of curriculum reform in ideological and political teaching.  By employing research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews,the study investigates Beijing Normal University's high-level women's soccer team regarding its ideological situation.  It analyzes how to integrate ideological elements into the curriculum of Beijing Normal University's high-level sports team by examining questionnaire surveys conducted among players along with expert interviews.  The impact of integration on student's overall development is also analyzed.  The following conclusions are drawn:

1. Beijing Normal University women's Football team integrates ideological and political elements (patriotism, personal moral quality, collective consciousness, rule awareness, safety awareness, etc.) into daily training, pre-match arrangement, post-match summary, competition process and other aspects, but more in daily training.

2. The infiltration of curriculum ideology and politics has a positive impact on the study and life of the players and their personal goals. For example, students will establish personal goals, take the initiative to pay attention to national current affairs, better understand and practice the true meaning of collectivism, form a strong team cohesion, and work together for the victory of the team.

3. The curriculum ideological and political evaluation system is not perfect, the evaluation method is too simple, and diversified evaluation indicators need to be constructed.

In this regard, this study puts forward some countermeasures:

Improve the teaching concept and evaluation, enhance teachers' ideological and political education ability; Optimize and enrich the teaching content and methods of high-level women's football teams in colleges and universities, so that the education is targeted and comprehensive; Explore the ideological and political elements of high-level women's football teams in universities; Improve the curriculum ideological and political evaluation system, clear ideological and political assessment indicators.
