近年来，翻译项目正趋于大型化，其特点为周期短、质量要求高、需多人协作。在传统人工翻译模式很难兼顾翻译效率和翻译质量的背景下，计算机辅助翻译（Computer aided translation，CAT）工具应运而生。在众多CAT工具中，TRADOS凭借其支持语言种类多、能大幅提高工作效率和翻译质量、降低成本、支持文档格式齐全等优点，已经在企业级用户中得到了广泛运用。译员要充分发挥TRADOS的优势，以便优质、高效地完成翻译工作，首先须熟练掌握翻译项目在TRADOS的具体操作流程以及项目关键环节在TRADOS中的处理技巧。然而，笔者发现，有关TRADOS在翻译项目中实际应用的研究较少，主要体现在：已发表的与TRADOS相关的论文中，大部分只是停留在理论层面，实用性不足；目前可获取的TRADOS相关视频或图文教程，只是简单介绍每个功能或模块，对实际的翻译项目实践并无太大的参考价值。针对以上问题，本文旨在通过笔者亲身实践的医学翻译项目，采用图文结合的形式，详细介绍如何在TRADOS中开展完整的翻译项目。全文共六章，其中第五章为重点内容，包括译前准备、初译、审校、定稿、译后工作、常见问题及解决方法六个小节，将项目流程中关键环节的处理方法、项目过程中的常见问题和解决方法真实再现，以期为有意利用TRADOS进行翻译实践的MTI在校生或自由译者提供实用性的参考和借鉴。

In recent years, Computer-aided Translation (CAT) tools are receiving growing attention, among which TRADOS has found wide application in many enterprises given its many advantages such as support of multi-languages and multiple documentation formats, great improvement in efficiency and quality of translation, cost reduction, etc. To bring into full play TRADOS’ role in translation practices requires a translator to have proficient TRADOS skills. However, there are few studies about TRADOS’ practical application in translation practices. For instance, majority of the papers related with TRADOS published just touch upon more about theory than about practicality; the video or graphic tutorials for TRADOS only briefly introduce each function or module, which is of little use to the practice of translation projects.To solve the above problem, this paper takes a hands-on medical translation project in combinaiton with tables and graphic forms as a case study, aiming to elaborate on how to carry out a complete translation project in TRADOS. The paper consists of six chapters with a focus on chapter 5 in which the pre-analysis, tranlastion, quality check, finalization, post-project management of the project are discussed as well as the problems encountered during the project and the corresponding solutions. The purpose of this paper is to provide practical and useful reference to those who may be interestd in using TRADOS to do translations.
