家长教育焦虑是目前我国教育语境下的热点话题,但关于其具体生成机制仍旧缺乏清晰有力的实证解释。本研究采用质性研究方法,以班杜拉的社会认知理论为基础,对35位中小学家长进行了访谈。研究发现,影响家长教育焦虑生成的关键心理认知因素包括期望评估和教育效能感,而环境因素包括限制性因素、支持性因素和示范性因素。心理认知因素和环境因素在家长教育焦虑的生成过程中并不是各自独立发挥作用的,它们和家长教育焦虑之间存在着复杂的三元交互关系。这些相互作用也影响着家长教育焦虑情绪的起伏。本研究为更好地理解和缓解家长教育焦虑提供了新的视角和思路,可以通过普及青少年身心发展规律等知识、提高家长教育效能感、同辈群体示范等方式缓解家长的教育焦虑。此外,也要通过多个外部渠道为家长提供教育支持。

Parental educational anxiety is a hot topic in the current context in China, but there is still no clear and powerful explanation for its specific generating mechanism. This research adopted qualitative research method, based on Bandura's social cognition theory, and interviewed 35 parents of primary and secondary school students. The study found that the key psychological cognitive factors that affect the generation of parents' educational anxiety include expectation assessment and educational efficacy, and environmental factors include restrictive factors, supportive factors and exemplary factors. Psychological cognitive factors and environmental factors do not affect parents' educational anxiety separately. There is a complex ternary interaction between environmental factors, psychological cognitive factors and parents' educational anxiety. These interactions also affect the ups and downs of parents' educational anxiety. This study provides new perspectives and ideas for better understanding and intervention of parental educational anxiety. We can alleviate parents' educational anxiety by popularizing knowledge of laws of adolescents' physical and mental development, improving parents' educational efficacy, and peer group demonstration. In addition, educational support should be provided to parents through multiple external methods.
