本研究通过文献法总结归纳了适用于师范生教育实习的中学教师胜任力,再通过访谈调查增加了适应新课程改革要求的教师胜任特征,最终确立本研究需要的适用于师范生教育实习的中学教师胜任力模型。以该模型为基础,本研究以问卷调查的形式分析了现阶段师范生教育实习的实习成果,并以此为依据进行师范生培训需求分析,本研究认为在教育实习中师范生科研能力培养缺失,以及中学教师内在胜任力的培养是培训难题。最后本研究基于胜任力为师范生教育实习提出了三点改进建议:更新教育实习培养理念、建构全方位的教育实习内容体系、实施多元评价标准。

外文摘要:

This study summarizes the competency of middle school teachers which is suitable for educational internship through the literature method, and then adds the teacher's competency characteristics that meets the requirements of the new curriculum reform through interviews and surveys, and finally establishes the suitable competency model of middle school teachers required by this research. Based on this model, this research analyzes the results of the internship of teacher education in the form of questionnaire survey, and conducts a requirement analysis of teacher internship. This research believes that in the educational internship, there is a lack of training about the scientific research ability of internship students. The cultivation of the internal competence of middle school teachers is a tough problem. Based on the competence, this research puts forward three suggestions to improve the educational internship: update the ideal of educational internship training, construct a comprehensive educational practice content system and implement multiple evaluation standards.
