现代社会中越来越强调人的沟通能力,良好的沟通能力、合作的能力等也成为当下用人单位考察应聘者的重要指标。但在应试教育下成长起来的学生,虽然在大学校园相对丰富的人际交往中提高了沟通能力,但是仍然存在不少的问题,整体情况不容乐观。为了顺应时代要求,提高学生的人际交往与沟通能力,目前很多大学开设了与人际沟通相关的课程。然而由于任课教师仍然采用传统的知识讲授教学等原因,人际沟通类课程在提高学生的人际沟通能力中发挥的作用有限。因此,改变传统的授课模式,设计能够提升学生能力的人际沟通教学就成了需要人们去探索和研究的重要课题。本研究正是在这种情况下提出来的。本课题以人际沟通与小组合作的相关理论为基础,通过对高职院校学生的人际沟通现状和特点进行分析,提出了基于小组合作学习的人际沟通课教学设计。在具体的教学实践中,则以心理学的相关理论和操作策略为依托,借助小组活动和信息技术的方法,通过对教学班级的学生开展实证研究,对如何在高职院校提升学生在人际沟通能力的问题进行了探索。本研究旨在设计一种不同于传统讲授式的教学模式,通过创设良好的课堂氛围和情境,让学生在小组活动中体验沟通,在体验中提高沟通能力。因此本研究的重点在:如何设计人际沟通课中的小组合作活动教学方案,如何营造一个良好的,有利于学生体验沟通的课堂氛围;小组合作活动的过程如何展开,教师在活动中扮演什么样的角色,怎样做好课堂的管理与控制;怎样对学生在小组活动中的表现进行评估,如何评估本门课程对提升学生的人际沟通能力起到的效果。教学实践证明,基于小组合作的人际沟通教学模式,能够提高学生学习的兴趣和积极性,有效改善学生的人际沟通能力和合作能力,对学生的健康全面发展具有重要意义。本课题采用了行动研究法、问卷调查法、文献法、访谈法等多种研究方法。

It emphasizes more and more the importance of Interpersonal communication in the modern society. Good communication ability, cooperative ability and so forth are important to every student.. Choose fit applicants for employing units. Although the students who are cultivated by exam-oriented education are improving the communicative ability gradually in campus where the actions of ex-personal interaction are abundant relatively, it still exits many problems and the overall situations are not optimistic. Now many universities provide kinds of courses relating to interpersonal communication to keep up with the requirements of the times and boost students' interpersonal and communication ability. Because of some reasons, for example, the teachers still use the traditional method in class, the effect of the courses on interpersonal communication is limited in improving students' ability of interpersonal communication. In such a case, how to reform the traditional educational mode and design the new classroom teaching which could improve the students interpersonal and communication abilities actually is important topic ,it needs to explore and research all over again. The paper provides a new method to resolve the questions.The topics to interpersonal communication and group cooperation theories based on higher vocational students who present situation and characteristics of interpersonal communication analysis, cooperative learning based on group teaching interpersonal communication design. This study aimed to design a different from the traditional lecture-style teaching model, by creating a good classroom atmosphere and context for students to experience the communication in group activities, in the experience to improve communication skills. Therefore, this study focused on: how to design interpersonal communication courses in group cooperative activities, teaching programs, how to create a good, help students experience the communication of the classroom atmosphere; group cooperation activities, how the process started, teachers at the event to play what role in how good classroom management and control of; how the students in group activities, the performance assessment of how to evaluate the door Program on the interpersonal skills of students play the effect. Teaching practice that, based on group cooperation in teaching communication skills model, can improve student learning in the interest and enthusiasm, improve student's interpersonal communication skills and cooperation capacity, on the student's health thorough development meaning.The subject is using action research, questionnaires, documents, interviews and other research methods.
