随着人们的文化生活越来越丰富多彩，演出和影视剧的供应呈现井喷的局面，人们在享受着艺术作品的同时，越来越关心幕后工作人员的制作过程，因此催生了幕后题材纪录片的诞生。制作方在制作艺术作品的同时，同时安排纪录片组，真实记录作品诞生的全过程，展现艺术家的工作历程，在客观呈现创作过程的同时，还主观记录演员和主创的身心状态，通过采访、解说、空镜、跟拍等方式，体现了对于艺术工作者的人文关怀。有些优秀的幕后纪录片甚至与被拍摄对象艺术作品本身同样精彩，这一方面说明了创作者越来越重视幕后纪录片的创作，一方面也说明了在诸多幕后纪录片中，经过市场的大浪淘沙，精品最终会被观众认可和接纳，优秀的幕后纪录片最终会脱离沦为艺术作品宣传品的命运，独立成为被观众记住的有价值的纪录片。 我把研究对象对准了纪录片，特别是幕后纪录片这个细分领域，深入浅出地从纪录片的定义出发，探讨幕后纪录片的诞生、现状和发展，在研究多部电影幕后纪录片、电视剧幕后纪录片、演唱会幕后纪录片、大型活动幕后纪录片后，试图寻找各种幕后纪录片从宏观到微观，多纬度讲述艺术作品制作过程的一些共识，本文参考已有专家学者的研究内容，比幕后纪录片对于人物的选择，拍摄的手法和后期制作的理念，挖掘幕后纪录片的真实性、主观性和艺术性。 同时我结合毕业作品舞台剧《兰若寺》的纪录片《新生》的创作，反观这部历时半年拍摄，积累了近100小时素材的纪录片，依据对于纪录片以及幕后纪录片的研究，重新思考从构思到实拍，从角色的挑选到影片要表达的价值观，通过深入浅出的思考性文字，复盘纪录片《新生》的创作过程。这是我的第一次纪录片创作，遇到的问题既包括如何确立角色，也包括在拍摄过程中遇到突发事件时对于情景的捕捉，我用在学校学习的经验，永不停机，抓住细节，放大细节，在记录中，让自己的技术手段不断带有新的探索。无论是不同景别的切换，还是贴近拍摄时与被拍摄对象的沟通，我开始在记录中就思考如何剪辑，带着成片思维进行拍摄，包括在后期中怎样用镜头的交织，字幕解说和音乐使用的实践，一切都为较好的记录《兰若寺》的诞生过程而服务，把真实过程清晰完整地呈现出来，展现出纪录片的真实性、主观性和艺术性。

As people's cultural life becomes more and more colorful, the supply of performances and movies and TV plays is blowout. While enjoying the works of art, people are more and more concerned about the production process of behind-the-scenes staff, which has led to the birth of behind-the-scenes documentaries. At the same time, the producer arranges documentary film group to record the whole process of the birth of the work and show the artist's working process. While objectively presenting the creative process, the producer also subjectively records the physical and mental state of the actors and the creators. Through interviews, explanations, empty mirrors and follow-up photographs, it reflects the humanistic care for the artists. Some excellent behind-the-scenes documentaries are even as wonderful as the artistic works of the subjects being photographed. This shows that the creators pay more and more attention to the creation of behind-the-scenes documentaries. On the one hand, it also shows that in many behind-the-scenes documentaries, through the wave of the market, the fine works will eventually be recognized and accepted by the audience, and the excellent behind-the-scenes documentaries will eventually be separated from the propaganda works of art. The fate of independence has become a valuable documentary to be remembered by the audience. I focus my research on documentaries, especially in the subdivision field of behind-the-scenes documentaries. Starting from the definition of documentaries, I discuss the birth, present situation and development of behind-the-scenes documentaries. I try to find out all kinds of behind-the-scenes documentaries from behind-the-scenes documentaries of movies, TV dramas, concerts and large-scale activities. From macro to micro, this paper talks about some common understandings in the process of making works of art from multiple latitudes. Referring to the research contents of existing experts and scholars, this paper compares the choice of characters, shooting methods and post-production concepts of behind-the-scenes documentaries, and excavates the authenticity, subjectivity and artistry of behind-the-scenes documentaries. At the same time, I combined with the creation of the documentary "Renewal" of the graduation stage play "Lan Ruo Temple", which lasted half a year and accumulated nearly 100 hours of material. Based on the research of documentary and behind-the-scenes documentary, I reconsidered from conception to actual shooting, from the selection of roles to the values to be expressed in the film, and through in-depth and shallow thinking words, resumed the record. The creative process of the video "New Life". This is my first documentary creation. The problems I encounter include not only how to establish the role, but also how to capture the scene in the course of shooting. I use my school learning experience to never stop, grasp the details, enlarge the details, and keep exploring my technical means in the record. Whether it's the change of scenery or the communication with the subject when shooting, I began to think about how to edit and shoot with film thinking in the record, including how to use the interweaving of lenses, subtitle explanation and the practice of music use in the later period. All of these served to better record the birth process of Lan Ruo Temple and present the real process clearly and completely. It shows the authenticity, subjectivity and artistry of the documentary.
