伴随着科学技术的不断进步,世界经济全球化已经成为一种趋势和潮流。互联网和信息技术的飞速发展更是加快了经济全球化的进程,跨国公司开始了在全球范围内进行资源配置的战略。跨国公司的规模不断的扩大,跨国公司之间的竞争也日益激烈,这对跨国公司的经营和管理提出了更高的要求,他们必须根据内外部环境的变化,整合自身资源,降低运作成本,提高服务水平。作为一种有效提高效率,提高服务水平和降低成本的财务管理模式,众多跨国公司采用了财务共享服务中心的模式。本文在研究了财务共享服务的相关理论的基础上,对H公司财务共享服务中心进行案例分析,首先分析了实施原因,其次分析了实施的关键要素,分析了实施方法,认为实施的四个关键要素是:组织管理、信息系统管理、流程管理和运营管理,并在此基础上从共享范围、选址、信息系统、流程以及运营管理五方面详细分析了实施方法,然后,分析了H公司财务共享服务中心在组织管理、信息系统管理、流程管理以及运营管理方面存在的主要问题并给出了改进建议,最后,给出了结论和展望。本文将成功实施财务共享服务中心的思路归纳为:以强大的信息系统和规范化的流程为基础,把科学的组织管理和运营管理作为保障,有计划、有步骤的开展实施工作。

With the continuous progress of science and technology, the globalization of the world economy has become a trend. The rapid development of Information technology and internet is speeding up the process of economic globalization, the Multi-National Corporation began for the allocation of resources in the context of the global strategy. The expansion of the scale of Multi-National Corporation, Multi-National Corporation between the increasingly fierce competition, which brings higher requirements on Multi-National Corporation's operation and management, they must be based on changes in the external environment, the integration of its own resources, reduce operating costs, improve service levels. Financial shared services as a kind of effective in reducing operation cost, improve the financial management mode of operation efficiency and service level is used by many Multi-National Corporation.Based on the related theories of the financial shared services. At last, analyze the case of H company's Financial Shared Service Center, first analyzes the causes, and implementation method of key elements followed by analysis of the implementation, sums up the implementation of Financial Shared Service Center of four key elements: organization management, process management, information system management and operation management, and based on the range of sharing, location, information system, process and operation management in five aspects of a detailed analysis of the implementation method, and then, analyzes H company's financial shared the main problems existing in the organization and management, information system management, process management and operations management, service center and gives suggestions for improvement and, finally, gives the conclusion and prospect. The successful implementation of Financial Shared Services Center ideas as follows: with powerful information system and the standardization of the process as the basis, the scientific management and operation management as the guarantee, has the plan, has the step to carry out financial shared service center to implement work.
