在体育多元化发展的时代背景下,花样跳绳这项新兴运动出现在了大众的眼中,作为传统跳绳的创新形式,在近年来逐渐受到学校的重视。本研究通过深入分析中学生参与花样跳绳运动现状,提出改善贵阳市第八中学中学生参与花样跳绳运动现状的策略和建议,以促进该运动在学校中的推广和发展。本文采用文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,针对花样跳绳在贵阳市第八中学开展的现状进行调查。调查得知:学生们对花样跳绳有着浓厚的学习兴趣,对花样跳绳有着一定的了解并且每周都参与花样跳绳运动,大部分同学对学校开展花样跳绳运动持满意态度,认为学校组织有序,活动丰富多彩等,但还是有部分学生对学校开展花样跳绳持不满意态度,认为学校开展花样跳绳运动存在学校教师专业能力不足、校领导不够重视、缺少教材等因素,针对以上原因得出几点结论:学校应重视开展花样跳绳运动,并且合理安排学校教师外出学习交流花样跳绳,积极编排花样跳绳教材等。

外文摘要:

In the context of the diversified development of sports, the new sport of synchronized skipping has appeared in the eyes of the public. As an evolved form of traditional skipping, it has gained increasing attention from educational institutions in recent times. This paper aims to delve into the current participation trends of middle school students in this sport, and subsequently offer strategic recommendations to enhance the engagement levels at Guiyang No. 8 Middle School. The ultimate goal is to foster the growth and popularity of synchronized skipping within the school environment. To achieve this, the study employs a range of methodologies, including literature reviews, interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistical analyses, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of synchronized skipping at Guiyang No. 8 Middle School. Our findings reveal that students exhibit a keen interest in learning synchronized skipping, possess a basic understanding of the sport, and engage in it on a weekly basis. The majority of students express satisfaction with the school's synchronized skipping program, praising its organization and the variety of activities offered. Nonetheless, a segment of students voice dissatisfaction. Based on these insights, we arrive at several conclusions: schools need to prioritize the advancement of synchronized skipping, facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers in this field, and prioritize the development of comprehensive synchronized skipping curricula.
