随着新课程改革的推行和教师专业发展的凸显,教研组的地位也逐渐提高,并发挥着不可替代的作用。而教研组长作为教研组的领导者,他们的素质是教研组功能发挥的关键。因此,本研究旨在探究教研组长充分发挥教研组功能应具备的素质,并构建其素质模型。首先,本研究基于文献资料、部分学校教研组长职责以及访谈内容,归纳出教研组长素质要素。然后,本研究选择北京市8所学校的50位教研组长为样本,对教研组长素质进行了问卷验证。最后,根据对教研组长的素质分析构建出教研组长素质模型。教研组长素质分为知识、能力和品质三部分。其中知识包括本学科知识、教育学知识、心理学知识(教师心理学、学生心理学)、课程理论知识四个因素。能力包括教学领导能力、教研引领能力、促进教师发展的能力、组织建设能力与一般能力五个因素。个人品质包括对本组工作的责任心;奉献精神;合作意识;胸怀宽广、大度;以身作则,率先垂范;开诚布公;做事客观、公正;能换位思考。其中,知识和一般技能是教研组长素质的基础;教学领导能力、教研引领能力和个人品质是教研组长素质的关键;促进教师专业发展能力和教研组的建设能力则是教研组长素质的核心,但是目前尚未得到足够重视与开发。结合教研组长当前的生存状态,本研究提出了要根据教研组长素质对教研组长进行选拔、培训,并且学校也应该对教研组长工作的开展创造条件,从而最终实现教研组的目标。
外文摘要:
With the carrying out of curriculum reform and the prominence of teacher professional development, the JiaoYanZu is becoming more and more important. As the leader of JiaoYanZu, the quality of the head of JiaoYanZu is the key to the department to realize its goals. Therefore, the research explores the qualities that the head of JiaoYanZu must hold, and constructs the model of them.First, on the ground of literature, responsibilities of some heads of JiaoYanZu and accounts of interviews, we generalized the quality factors. Then we selected 50 heads of JiaoYanZu from 8 schools to give a questionnaire. Last we constructed the quality model of the head of JiaoYanZu. The quality model is constituted with knowledge, capabilities and traits. Knowledge conclude four factors, such as subject,education,psychology and curriculum.Capabilities include teaching leading, teaching and educational research conducting, promoting the teachers’ professional development, the capability to construct JiaoYanZu and some common skills. The head of JiaoYanZu should also own some special traits, such as responsible, dedicatory, coorperative, magnanimous, setting an example, speaking frankly and sincerely, fair-and-square, thinking for others’ standpoint. Among the qualities, knowledge and common skill are basis; the capabilities of teaching leading and teaching and educational research conducting are core;the special traits are key, and the essential part is the capabilities of constructing JiaoYanZu and promoting the teachers’ professional development.The study suggests we should select,train the head of JiaoYanZu based on the quality model.The head of JiaoYanZu should also get more chances from school, and achieve the goal of the department thereby.
