在以计算机为媒介的交流中，对话者往往会在某个话题上产生分歧，从而导致网络攻击。Culpepper (2016)提出了交往中的不礼貌和冒犯，不礼貌表现在说话者的态度和听者的情感反应上，冒犯则是在威胁面子和违反社会规范。本文旨在根据 Culpepper(1996)提出的不礼貌理论，分析网络攻击中的语言实现策略，探讨其背后的人际动机。本研究从微博上收集的关于教师惩戒权的评论数据中发现，虽然一般情况下讨论参与者对积极不礼貌、消极不礼貌或间接不礼貌不存在偏好，但积极不礼貌对接受者的正面攻击要多于受到的其他不礼貌行为。而使用更多不礼貌的一方往往使用更多的消极不礼貌。同时，本研究还进一步从面子和违反社会规范的角度进一步探讨网络冒犯的社会心理动机，分别包括寻求信任和满意度，报复性侵略以及侵犯公平权和结社权。本研究希望通过在多个会话中全面阐述网络冒犯，为微博用户提供不礼貌及网络冒犯方面的启示，并通过观察网络语境中不礼貌的表现形式为新的研究提供动力。

In computer-mediated communication, interlocutors tend to have disagreement over certain topics, which may lead to online offense. Culpepper(2016) distinguishes between impoliteness and offense by differences in performance, in which impoliteness is reflected through the attitude of the speaker and the emotional response of the hearer, while the offense is reflected in threats to face and violations of social norms. This paper aims at analyzing impoliteness strategies in online offense and probing into the sociopsychological motivation based on the impoliteness theory proposed by Culpepper (2016). Drawing upon the data collected from Weibo comments about punishment rights of teachers, this study finds that though generally there is no preference for positive impoliteness, negative impoliteness or indirect impoliteness, the positive impoliteness outnumbers the other output strategies as a direct threat to the face of receivers. The teacher proponents applying more impoliteness output strategies tend to use more negative impoliteness. Meanwhile, the study further discusses the sociopsychological motivations of online offense from the perspective of face and social norms, including seeking confidence and satisfaction, retaliatory aggression, violation of equity and association rights. It is hoped that this study will provide some enlightenment to readers and commentators of Weibo by comprehensively expounding online offense in multiple conversations. At the same time, by observing the manifestation of impoliteness in offensive  disagreement, this study provides a new motivation for the study of impoliteness.
