自从中国 2001 年加入 WTO 以来，中西方之间的互动变得更为频繁了，伴随着国内外进一步敞开大门并推动“一带一路”计划实施以后，“全球华文热的爆发”、“以语言为基础的专业知识培训-也就是'Chinese + professionalskills'”这一概念已经成为一种不可逆转的学习模式转变：它代表着中华文化传播及专业技术教育的结合发展方向——这是一种自然且必要的演变过程。现在正处于新冠疫情后的经济发展恢复期内，各个行业的生产力提升、商业形态优化都在加速推进之中，对于高科技型的人才需求也在日益增长，因此职业教育的重要性及其功能都得到了更高的重视程度。在倾向于职业标准、技术输出的当今，中国职业教育与对外贸易企业展开深入合作，积极探讨并解决企业如何融入当地发展的职业技能人才培养问题。本文通过谈话的方式咨询外贸行业相关人员，并结合近几年国家政策，主要分析了面向东盟国家“中文+对外贸易”职业教育的发展概况，为此，提出了一系列“懂汉语、精技术、通标准、知文化”的人才培养的可行性建议。

Ever since China became a member of the World Trade Organization,its interactions with the global community have been expanding.The increasing level of China's integration with the world and the implementation of the "Belt and Road" project have caused a widespread craze for Chinese culture worldwide.The fusion of Chinese language acquisition and vocational training is an unavoidable trajectory in the confluence of international Chinese education and vocational-technical education.Currently,this strategy is pivotal in propelling our economic resurgence post-pandemic.Industrial upgrading and economic restructuring are speeding up,and foreign trade is booming once more.The need for technical and skilled skills in every field of life has become more and more prominent. In today's era,when there is a specialized standard of production and technical output,China's vocational education and foreign trade enterprises are closely cooperating to deeply explore and solve the problem of cultivating technical and skilled talents for enterprises to integrate into local development.This article analyzes the development of vocational education for ASEAN countries through a questionnaire survey and national policies in recent years.Based on this, a series of constructive suggestions are proposed for cultivating talents who understand Chinese,are proficient in technology,have proficiency in standards,and are knowledgeable in culture.
