教育的逻辑起点是生命,教育追求的最高目标也是生命。现代学校教育却以知识与技能的传授为中心,以分数高下论英雄,以高薪就业为目标,教育过度沉迷于功利与实用,过度关注外在的东西,忽视了对生命的关照,忽视了对人的精神家园的建构与守护。而生命教育却有助于解决当下中学生生命意识缺乏和生命意义弱化的问题。 语文课程的基本特点是工具性与人文性的统一,语文教学承担着培养学生人文精神的重任,外国文学作品中蕴含着丰富的人文思想,为中学生人文精神的培养提供了新的视野。外国文学作品是中学生宝贵的学习资源,初高中外国文学作品教学存在的问题也具有典型性和挑战性。因此依托外国文学作品渗透生命教育或可在一定程度上改变中学阶段外国文学教学的尴尬处境。 本研究以部编版、人教版中学语文教材中的外国文学作品为蓝本,采用文献阅读、文学比较阅读及问卷调查等方法,从中学语文阅读教学中外国文学作品的教学现状调查入手,分析生命教育视野下中学语文阅读教学在外国文学作品教学中存在的问题,为外国文学作品教学提供有效的教学策略,为生命教育打开一个新的视角。从这一宗旨出发,本文先论述了生命教育的内涵,以及中学语文阅读教学中实施生命教育的必要性,继而挖掘外国文学作品中生命教育的内容及价值,把具体的文本与学生的生命联结起来,试图打破灰色理论与常青教学之间的鸿沟,以期在中学语文的外国文学作品教学中更好地渗透生命教育。

Life is the logical starting point and the highest objective of education. However, the modern school education focuses on imparting knowledge and skills, the high marks of the examination and the pure seeking of well-paying jobs. It goes too far on the way to the utilitarianism and the pragmatism and focuses on external things too much to ignore the attention on life and the building and guarding of students’ humanistic spirit. But life education contributes to solve the problem that secondary school students lack life consciousness and weaken life meaning in modern society. The basic feature of Chinese course is the unity of instrumentality and humanity. It undertakes the important task of cultivating students’ humanistic spirit. The foreign literature contains rich humanistic thoughts and provides a new vision for the cultivation of the secondary school students’ humanistic spirit .The foreign literature is the valuable learning resource for secondary school students. The problems of foreign literature teaching in secondary school are typical and challenging. Therefore, to some degree infiltrating life education based on foreign literature may change the awkward situation of foreign literature teaching in secondary school . This study is based on the foreign literature in Ministry of Education examined textbooks and People's Education Pressed (PEP) textbooks. Methods of this research include literature reading, comparative study and questionnaire survey. The author analyzes problems of Chinese reading teaching to provide effective teaching strategies and open a new door to life education starting with the investigation of current situation for foreign literature teaching in secondary school. For this purpose, the paper explains the meaning of life education and the necessity of implementing life education during the Chinese reading teaching in secondary school. Then the author explores the content and the value of life education in foreign literature, combining specific literature with the life of students and try to break the gap between gray theory and evergreen teaching in order to infiltrate life education into foreign literature teaching in Chinese course in secondary school preferably.
