突触结合蛋白(Synaptotagmin,Syt)在哺乳动物细胞分泌,尤其是神经系统突触囊泡释放以及免疫系统细胞的胞吞胞饮过程的重要作用最近的研究发现在植物细胞中同样有Syt的同源序列,其对于植物细胞的分泌作用,有必要进行研究。 本研究应用转基因技术将SytA的C2序列缺失突变体通过载体导入植物细胞,并通过荧光蛋白的显影技术,观察导入的外源基因在细胞内的表达情况,并与空白对照和非突变体对照,从而确定C2序列的在植物SytA基因中的功能和意义。研究结果表明C2序列对于SytA蛋白的扩散和向性运输有着一定的作用。 |

The function of Synaptotagmin (Syt) in the mammal cell secretion has been well known, especially the function in the secretion of the nervous system and the immunity system. We find that there are also similar gene sequences in the plant cell. And it is necessary to do some researches. This study apples gene transfer technology to induct the SytA C2 sequence flaw mutant into the vegetable cell, by the carrier. And we use the Living Colors Fluorescent Timer technology to follow the protein that code by these gene sequence, and compare with blank comparison and non-mutant comparison, then we will recognize the function of C2 sequence in the plant SytA gene function. On the basis of it, the C2 sequence has may play an important role in the SytA protein proliferation and the transportation. |
