摘要
新课改的大背景笼罩之下,思政课体系化建设向思政课教师提出了更高的要求。以知识分子的概念阐述思政课教师的角色定性较符合思政教师的社会性质以及教师本位,有利于提升思政课水平和质量,明确思政教师志业定位。本研究有望为思政课建设及其教师角色塑造问题提供借鉴。
本文采取调查法、文献资料法、比较研究法与文本分析法等进行研究。作为专业性、公共性和批判性知识分子,思政课教师需具备扎实的马克思主义理论功底,清醒地对理论和主流意识形态自身进行批判性分析,充分发挥其积极性、主动性和创造性,善于窥见问题,分析问题,解决问题。创立开放、包容和批判的思政课堂交流平台,推动开放式、议题式思政课堂建设,带领和引导学生进行不同角度的比较与鉴别,使学生更加坚定地树立理论自信,培养学生成为具备批判性思维的社会主义接班人。

ABSTRACT
Under the background of the new Curriculum Reform, the systematic construction of the ideological and political science class has put forward higher requirements for the teachers of the ideological and political science class. The characterization of the role of ideological and political science teachers in the concept of intellectuals is more in line with the social nature of ideological and political teachers and the teacher's standard, which is conducive to improving the level and quality of ideological and political science classes and clarifying the career orientation of ideological and political teachers. The research in this paper is expected to provide reference for the construction of ideological and political science classes and the shaping of teachers' roles.
The survey method, the literature method, the comparative research method and the text analysis method are used for research. As professional, public and critical intellectuals, teachers of the ideological and political science class need to have a solid foundation in Marxist theory, soberly conduct critical analysis of theory and mainstream ideology itself, give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and be good at peeking into problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems. Create an open, inclusive and critical ideological and political classroom exchange platform, promote the construction of open and topical ideological and political classrooms, lead and guide students to compare and identify different angles, so that students can more firmly establish theoretical self-confidence and cultivate students to become socialist successors with critical thinking.
