中长跑是初中体育教学的重要内容之一,它不仅能够提高学生的身体素质,还能够培养学生的意志品质和合作精神。但是由于教学方法的单一和教学模式缺乏创新,导致学生对中长跑的兴趣和积极性降低。本研究通过调查北京市三帆中学的教师和学生对当前中长跑教学现状的满意状况及意见,制定了趣味教学方法,并探讨了该方法在实际教学中的作用。本研究运用实验法,将北京市三帆中学的被试初中生分为实验组和对照组,对实验组采取趣味教学和训练,对对照组采取传统教学和训练。通过测试并对比训练前后的成绩,并运用Excel和SPSS 25.0等数据分析软件进行分析,探讨两组训练的差异,研究结论如下:

1.趣味练习在提高初中生中长跑成绩方面的确展现出了显著的效果。根据实验结果,我们发现,在相同的教学与练习时长内,参与趣味练习的实验组初中生在中长跑成绩上取得了明显的进步,而对照组的成绩并未出现明显的变化。这一结果充分证明,趣味练习不仅能够有效提升学生学习中长跑的积极性与兴趣,更有助于他们更迅速地提高成绩。因此,趣味练习确实是一种富有成效的教学方式,值得在中长跑等体育教学中广泛推广和应用。

2.趣味练习的应用前景十分广阔。经过本次实验的深入研究和细致分析,我们充分证明了趣味练习是一种极具效果的教学方法,尤其适用于初中生中长跑教学。未来教学过程中,教师可以充分发挥主观能动性,设计丰富多样的趣味练习,以激发学生的学习兴趣与热情,进一步促进他们积极参与中长跑运动,享受运动带来的乐趣与成就感。使学生们不仅能够在轻松愉快的氛围中提升中长跑技能,还能培养坚持不懈的体育精神,为未来的全面发展奠定坚实基础。

本文还进一步分析了当前趣味教学的实现方式和存在的问题,阐释了趣味练习对初中生中长跑学习效果的研究并得出结论。未来的研究可以进一步探究趣味教学方法在其他体育运动项目教学中的应用,同时也需要进一步完善趣味练习的技术和方法,提高趣味教学的效果。

Middle-distance running is one of the important contents of junior high school physical education teaching, which can not only improve students' physical quality, but also cultivate students' will quality and cooperative spirit. However, due to the single teaching method and the lack of innovation in the teaching mode, students' interest and motivation in middle-distance running have decreased. In this study, by investigating the satisfaction status and opinions of teachers and students of Sanfan Middle School in Beijing on the current status of teaching middle-distance running, we formulated an interesting teaching method and explored the role of this method in actual teaching. In this study, the experimental method was used to divide the subject junior high school students of Beijing Sanfan Middle School into an experimental group and a control group, and fun teaching and training were adopted for the experimental group, while traditional teaching and training were adopted for the control group. By testing and comparing the scores before and after training, and analyzing the data analysis software such as Excel and SPSS 25.0 to explore the differences between the two groups' training, the research conclusions are as follows:

1. fun practice does show a significant effect in improving middle distance running performance of junior high school students. According to the experimental results, we found that, within the same teaching and practicing hours, the junior high school students in the experimental group who participated in fun practice made significant progress in middle-distance running performance, while the performance of the control group did not show significant changes. This result fully proves that fun practice can not only effectively enhance students' enthusiasm and interest in learning middle-distance running, but also help them improve their performance more rapidly. Therefore, fun practice is really a fruitful teaching method, which is worth to be widely promoted and applied in sports teaching such as middle-distance running.

2. The application prospect of fun practice is very broad. After the in-depth research and careful analysis of this experiment, we have fully proved that fun practice is a highly effective teaching method, especially suitable for middle distance running teaching of junior high school students. In the future teaching process, teachers can give full play to the subjective initiative, design a rich variety of fun exercises to stimulate students' learning interest and enthusiasm, and further promote their active participation in middle-distance running, enjoy the fun and sense of achievement brought about by sports. So that students can not only improve middle-distance running skills in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, but also cultivate unremitting sportsmanship, laying a solid foundation for future comprehensive development.

This paper further analyzes the current ways of realizing fun teaching and the existing problems, explains the research and draws conclusions on the learning effect of fun practice on middle distance running of junior high school students. Future research can further explore the application of fun teaching methods in the teaching of other sports, and also need to further improve the technology and methods of fun practice to improve the effect of fun teaching.
